I was locked in a straightjacket for 6 hours today. I must have done something wrong. I have given up trying to discover why I'm here. So, I just went along with being buckled into that hellish piece of fabric. Let me tell you, it's the most uncomfortable thing on the planet! The fabric is rough, it twists your arms weird, it sucks. But whatever. I was tackled to the ground to be locked into it at around 8 o'clock this morning. I was watching the t.v. static, trying to make an illusion of the black and white lines. Just when I had begun to get figures on the screen, it looked faintly like Wheel of Fortune, two bulky men tackled me off of my chair. I was startled, and it mildly hurt, but I wasn't going to stop them. They jerked me up, and shoved me into a room where a man with sallow skin, greasy, mouse brown hair, and sunken in eyes, was waiting for me. He gave me a look as if I was a gazelle and he a lion. He cackled in a most unsettling way, then told me to get on the stand, a white piece of fabric with numerous buckled on it. The man adjusted his White Coat, and forcefully put it onto me. He was about to muzzle me as well, but I don't know why he didn't. He had heard a crash from somewhere else in the Asylum, and the White Coat bolted out of the room to investigate. I suspected he wouldn't come back. I waited six hours for him to come take it off, but I couldn't take it any longer. I felt a sudden surge of power course through my veins, and I broke the fabric. As in, tore it to shreds. The pieces fell to my feet, and I felt my adrenaline pumping, so I ran out the door. The exit for the Asylum was guarded by six men. No way I could get past that. Nobody gets out. Only in. So, I ran back to my bunk, and hid under the sheets as if I were invisible. I heard two guards smash into the room a few moments later, they must have noticed I had escaped. One of them lifted the blanket I was hiding under, looked around, then dropped the blanket. "She's not 'ere," he told the other one. Could he not see me? WHAT THE HELL?? How am I invisible? Magic doesn't exist. Or does it?
