Chapter 1 - May 21 2014

Cameron walked up the stairs, and all of the sudden, she felt her head start to jumble up. I know what you're thinking. How can your head be jumbled? Well, it was a different kind of jumble. You know how your stomach feels when you kiss your true love, well she felt that way, but in her head. She leaned against the wall and hollered, "Carson!" She heard his footsteps but didn't stay awake long enough to hear his voice. Everything went black. She fell to the ground and slid down a few steps. Carson grabbed her and took her to the couch. He kissed her forehead and hugged her close. Their relationship wasn't like any other brother/sister relationship. They had a crush on each other. They wanted to be able to kiss in public and not have to worry about being judged. He leaned down to kiss her. As his lips reached hers, her eyes fluttered open. "Hey, beautiful," Carson said to Cameron. Cameron blushes and Carson smiles. Cameron knew it was wrong. She knew that it was illegal. But she didn't care. She loved him. She stood up and rubbed her eyes. " You okay, Beautiful," Carson asked, playing with her hair. She nodded and hugged his waist. Carson picked her up and carried her to her room. He layed her on her bed and kissed her forehead. " Get some rest. " She closed her eyes when he closed the door and fell asleep. Carson checked

on her every few minutes and after the fifth time, he left a note on her bedside table. It read ; Be back later. Went to get some groceries. Left @ 2:45. - Carson. She got up and ran to the bathroom. " He hasn't left me alone in ages. Finally, I can take the stress away." She kept repeating those words while she looked for her blades and her lighter. She found the blades and sliced her thighs a few times, then she held the lighter on each one for 10 seconds. She whimpered in pain as tears fell from her eyes. All of the sudden, her bedroom door opened. She rushed to lock the bathroom door but Carson had already walked in and saw what she had done. He immediately started tearing up. "Oh my God. Cameron, why? " She signed and whispered, " I just have to punish myself." He bandaged her wrists and sang her All Of Me by John Legend. She fell asleep that night, thinking about how she would do it next time without him finding out.
