                          May 20 2004
                          I lean on my locker, staring at the floor. Today is just a gloomy day. 

                          My friend Anna comes up to me. 
                          "Today is such a shitty day." She says. I turn to her and reply, "Right! I'm so pissed, we were gonna go window shopping downtown." 
                          "We can find something else to do after school." She says.
                          "Like what?" I ask
                          "We could buy party supplies at the mall?" She says with a smile.
                          "I'm confused, why party sup-" I start but then stopped, "Anna, a party? Where are you gonna have one, your parents won't let you." 
                          "They are leaving this weekend, I have the house all to myself." She says all proud. "Please, it will be so much fun!!" 
                          "Who on Earth are you going to invite?" I ask.
                          "Well I don't want to invite a lot of people because I'm thinking about having a bit of alcohol at the party. But I was thinking, Jake Banning, Cody Vargus, Justin Belle, and Kolten."
                          "Kolten who?" I ask curiously.
                          "The one you like Lana, duhh!"
                          "Are you just inviting guys?" I ask.
                          "No, I'm inviting a few a girls, I was just wondering on what you thought about me inviting these guys over."
                          "There is no way Cody Vargus will go, he is too popular." I say.
                          "Oh please, come on Lana, I gotta try."
                          I give her a silly look. I look up at the clock, class starts in 7 minutes.
                          "Ready for English?" Anna asks. 
                          "I guess so haha." I say. We walk to class. Our class room is in 20b. Ms Linda is writing our new assignment on the chalk board.
