Chapter 7
Deva’s P.O.V.
I’m sitting upon a tree taking in the sky that was slowly darkening above me. Biting my lip anxiously, my legs pressed firmly to my chest. A tingle runs up my spine, as the earth around me started to flourish from my excitement. I look down at my wrists and couldn’t help but be amazed at the very slight tint of bruise left over. If we weren’t interrupted I’m sure that it would of been like it never happened at all. A crack of a twig drew my attention away from my wrists and I look down to see Danerus taking a whiff of the air trying to locate me. I smile and jump down from the tree, landing a few feet behind him. He spins around, his eyes glinting lightly from the beast scratching at the surface.
“There you are little nymph.” He rumbles taking a big step forward, and the natural instinct to cower away nearly took over but the look of Danerus the man inside was still there and that calmed my instinct to flee. Not only that his wolf noticed my tension and his edge wore off some before finally I was just looking into the eyes of Danerus the man.
“Don’t be afraid Deva.” He whispers slowly rising his hand as if approaching a skittish animal.
I giggled and threw my arms around him, nuzzle my head into his throat. He hugs me back, bearing his head into my hair.

Danerus’s P.O.V.
I take in her scent and I couldn’t help but become hard at it. The smell of earth that rolled off of her along with the scent of rosemary. I held her closer to me and she squeaks when she feels the evidence of my arousal against her stomach. I draw back and wait for her to decide what our next move would be. She looks up at me through her eyelashes, her wild mane of dark red auburn hair framing her face and cascading down her shoulders and back. She takes another step back fingers the bottom of her dress, she looks down at her fingers before meeting her eyes back up to mine. She then crosses her arms and grabbing the ends of the fabric and pulling it up and over her head. Letting the pretty little dress drop to her side, leaving her completely vulnerable to my eyes. I didn’t need anymore of a move, I step forward and take her into my arms. Leaning down to kiss her only to have her meet me halfway in the middle. Kissing me enthusiastically, until the alpha in me took over and I starting dominating her mouth, taking complete control over the kiss itself. A whimper of need leaves her and she submits to me, wrapping her arms around my neck. I pick her up and she doesn’t hesitate to wrap her legs around me, nerves starting to surround her.I lighten the kiss before slowly pulling away, nearly cursing myself for getting too excited and scaring her.
“We can slow down Deva… we got all night- it doesn’t even have to happen tonight.” I assure her, and she shakes her head.
“No I want to do this with you… it just- I think you may have noticed I’ve never done this… been this close to someone before- this intimate.” She mumbles against my throat.
I shiver racks my body, and I run my fingers along her spine soothingly.
“We take it slow than- nothing too fast, nothing you’re not ready for. Your body knows what it’s ready for and what it’s not. Okay?” I growel feeling the wolf inside me once again trying to scratch its way to the surface, he wanted her- needed to confront her.
