***Samuel's P.O.V***
"Sir this is the wrong order."
His pink lips were beautifully curved.
"I ordered a venti Snickerdoodle hot cocoa, not toffee almond-milk,"
He knows his drinks.
"I believe you got my order mixed up with someone else's."
His eyes were a beautiful shade of blue, like the ocean, I could swim deep in them forever.
"Hello? Samuel? That's your name right? Are you listening to me?"
He knows my name! I think I gave it to him earlier... shoot I don't even remember!
"U..uh. I'm so sorry sir, you ordered snickerdoodle? I will correct it right away." I had responded with a stutter here or there. I sounded like a complete idiot.
He began to take out his credit card again. I had remembered the golden engraving of George King on the card, making me smile.
"Free of charge, Mr.King."
This made him look up at me, slightly smirking as these words slipped from my lips perfectly.
"We'll bring it right out to you as soon as it is ready." I said, gently beginning to bite my lip, hoping it wasn't too noticeable to him or anyone else as he turned around and walked back to his table.
The drink was ready almost instantly, seeing my co-worker start to march directly to George's table. I had nearly slipped and fell on the wet floor trying to stop her before she reached the table.
"Maria! I'll take that, don't worry, actually.. I think someone in the back was asking for you." I winked at her, taking the drink from her hands, as they were shaking, her face was blushing a deep red, heading to the back of the café.
"Your drink, Mr.King." I smiled cheerfully as I set the drink down in front of him. His hand was placed upon mine almost causing me to become a deep red. "Sit with me, Sammy." He smirked.
The expression on my face was probably the most ridiculous thing he's ever seen, but he didn't say anything about it
"I..I.. okay."
It had to have taken me 30 seconds to sit down from all of the shaking. I'm surprised the table didn't flip over from me being a complete klutz.
"Tell me about yourself Sammy, where are you from? What school do you go to? Do you have a love interest perhaps?"
All of these questions made me flustered, I didn't know where to start, all that I did know is that I'm gay, flustered, and he's beautiful.
"M..my name is Samuel Seabury, I was born in England, I go to Princeton college, I am studying debate at the moment, I have an interest in reading an-"
"What about your love interests my dear?"
"T..there is this someone, he may be a year older than I. He is so out of my league." Just saying these words made me slowly start to blush. George probably already knew it was he who had my heart, but wanted to tease me a little more.
"And what if he wasn't exactly out of your league, and was totally interested in you, little Sammy?" George's hand began to trail up my arm.
"I..I'd be really happy and confident.. to ask.. him out." The stuttering had to be a complete turn off for George, but maybe he-
"Your stuttering is cute." He told me, smirking. Not a single hint of red showed on his cheeks, he wasn't flustered.
He seemed so strong, confident, like a king. He knew what he was doing, he knew how my heart was fluttering at every word he spoke, his voice leaving lovely gentle kisses upon my ears.
"I must get back to work before I'm caught by my boss, Mr. King. I hope to see you again soon, enjoy your drink." I bowed, blushing and turning around with a smile. I stuck my number to his cup.
The crinkling of the paper let me know he got it, I got behind the counter again and sat down, hugging my knees, squealing with joy.
God I'm so in love with George King.
