I thought of posting it only on insta ,but I thought it would be unfair to you all.so this story would be posted even here.

HARVARD UNIVERSITY- one of the reputed colleges in the world , studying here is a dream for all the students and one of them was manik malhotra

Manik pov – manik malhotra 30 years old and today am on the peak of success , today am the top most neuro surgeon in the world , finally my dream are fulfilled I have DOCTOR infront of my name , but still my success is incomplete due to that diva ,dream girl of every guy in the college.

Nandini , nandini murthy , I saw her first time when I was on my medical camp in England , but then I never saw someone generous like her , I never saw her in the college may be due to my nerd attitude .I stalked her for 2 months the day when I was going to propose her , in the college it was announced that she is engaged , it broke my heart but still I admired her from far. she is always accompained by another girl ,who I think is her friend , she would be with her like glue stick . but am not one of those psycho lovers , after all when am a neuro surgeon I can control both my heart and mind it is difficult . her smile was so infectious .but I cry everyday in her memory , not that she got married but she is dead , yes after her proposal she went for destination wedding and then she died in a plane crash, I could not go and attend her funeral , I locked up myself in the room for 3 months I could not forget her , but my dreams they helped me I became a doctor to save lives , I cant deviate from it , it was very difficult for me to reach here , I had none I was an orphan I came out of the orphanage after I hit 18 I started working hard , part time jobs in coffee shops , as mechanic so that I can pay my other expenses .the path I choose was very difficult but at the end I am rewarded with success .

MANIK WAS BROUGHT OUT OF HIS THOUGHTS BY HIS P.A

P.A – doctor we have a case from India

Manik – what it is ?

P.A– the patient she does not respond to anyone ,she only smiles when she is happy ?

Manik – hmm any tragic incident must have trigerred her ?

P.A- even I think the same sir ,she was responding to the treatment 2 years back then the doctor died in a plane crash and then the progress it went again to zero

Manik – hmm who is the doctor ?

P.A – its all in the file , but I think she might be one of your colleague

manik – why ?

P.A- the year you passed out from the university , even she did , may be you know the doctor

Manik – no I dont have any idea

P.A – ok sir , here is the file

Manik – keep it on my desk

P.A – yes sir

Manik later picks the file and reads the information about the patient – no photo no doctor name , its fine I just need to know her health , ok she is in trauma from past 12 years , its very long but her previous medical history its not clear , ok she even met with an accident on her head causing damage to her legs but she recovered it soon good , but she does not respond , ok this one is gonna take some hardwork I guess .

Manik drops the file and closes his eyes – help me nandini even this time , all these times I always took your name before my surgery because remembering you gave me strength power .
