HANBIN - Christmas Ball

Christmas is finally around the corner. It's the wonderful time of the year again. Oh right - should I ask him to go with me this year?

You looked up the poster on the Internet. You have never thought of going to the Ball before, as you didn't bother finding a partner. But now that you have a boyfriend, attending the Christmas Ball together would definitely be an once-in-a-lifetime experience for you.

But ______ you can't be so selfish! He is a star! What if he got recognized at the ball? His future will be ruined! Stop thinking about the ball already!

You wondered how it felt attending the Christmas Ball with your loved one. Out of curiosity, you looked up this year's promotion video as well.

In the video, in the parts where the boy and the girl were dancing together ecstatically,  your head was filled with imaginations of you and Hanbin dancing at the ball:

You reached out your left hand, which intertwined with his right hand. He held your right hand and placed it on his waist. He then rested his left hand on your waist. You looked into his eyes, and he looked into yours. "Actually I don't really know how to dance-" "Don't worry just follow me"

Music started playing. Hanbin started to move his legs, and you followed his lead. When Hanbin stepped back, you stepped forward. When he stepped forward, you stepped back. Although your dancing wasn't perfect, it was the most romantic moment in your life......

"_________ ah what are you watching? Why are you smiling like that?"

"Ooh nothing it's-it's just some cute puppy videos."

"__________ ah are you not going to the Christmas Ball this year again?" Your friend asked.

"I don't know..."

"You don't know?" Then she lowered her voice and whispered, "Are you really thinking of going with B.I? Wouldn't that be dangerous though?"

"I know! That's why I don't know. It will be so much fun if I can go to the ball with him. But we will REALLY need to be careful if he really goes there with me."

"Okay let's stop thinking about this and wait for his invitation. If he is willing take this risk and go to the ball with you, wouldn't he give you the tickets?"

"Oh right!"

Your POV

Seems like I'm not going to the Christmas Ball again this year.

Tomorrow is the Christmas Ball already, and yet he still hasn't invited me or so. At least I didn't ask him, or else it would have been so hurt for me to be rejected by him.

"Heyy <your friend's name> I think I'm not going to the ball again this year-"

"Which means he hasn't invited you."

"Bingo..." and I let out a sigh.

"________ don't be so down... Maybe go and find someone else as a partner? I'm sure B.I will understand as he is the one who can't go with you."

"Nah... Nothing is the same without him- O he's back call you later."

"Who are you talking to just now?"

"Oh it's just <your friend's name>."

Hanbin came near and sat next to me on the sofa.
