Mikayla's POV:

"Hey Maura." I smiled as she walked into my house. "Hey Mikayla, is Niall still stuck?" She asked and I nodded. "How are you?" "Better, I had a lot of contractions earlier." I pouted and sat down. She sat down beside me. "Do you think Niall's going to make it?" I asked her. "Honey, He will make it. Niall is such a stubborn lad that he'll make sure that he's get there." She smiled. I nodded, smiling too.

I groaned and sat in the bathtub. After dinner, I've been having contractions. It's so painful. I leaned against the wall and closed my eyes. The warm water helping to relax me. I picked up my phone when I heard it ring and looked at it. Niall's smiling face was on the screen and I smiled before answering it. "Hey babe." He smiled at me. "Hey." I smiled back. "Are you in the bath?" He asked and I nodded. "I've been having contractions." He pouted. "Tomorrow's Christmas Eve." He said and I nodded. "Do you think you'll be back tomorrow?" He shrugged.

"I don't know babe, I want to but the snow hasn't let up yet." I sighed. "Ok." I bit my lip. "Kay." He frowned. I felt a few tears fall down my cheeks and I quickly wiped them away. "I-I'm Fine." I bit my lip. "I have to go." I said quickly. "Ok, I love you." He said to me. "I love you too." I said and hung up. I covered my face with my hands before starting to cry. I really want Niall to be able to come home before the baby was born but I don't know if he will.
