Mia's POV

I woke up to my phone ringing. I looked to see it was Liz. I picked up the phone and almost lost my hearing.

Liz: IT'S MY BIRTHDAYYYYY!!!

Me: Okay and today will be the day that Mia lost her hearing. Thank u very much

Liz: Welcome. So, what are we gonna do today?? Do you have anything planned for my birthday??

Me: Elizabeth I need you to calm down. Can you do that for me??

Liz: *breathes in deeply* Ok, I think I calmed down.

Me: Thanks. Now let me get ready for today and then I will tell you what we are gonna do.

Liz: Ok

I got out of bed and started my morning routine. I took a shower, got dressed, did my hair, and I did my makeup.

I grabbed my phone and told Elizabeth to come over. She said she would be here in 20 mins.

I went downstairs and that Logan was sitting on the couch with his laptop on his lap.

"Hey Logie." I said as I walked over to the kitchen. "Hey Mia. So, I heard that it's Elizabeth's birthday today. What are you guys gonna do?" Logan asked me. "Well, I was thinking that we would go to the movies and watch Jumaji. Then maybe go to The Grove and at the end, I'll give Liz her gift." I told Logan my plan. "How about I drop you guys off. Is she coming here?" Logan asked as he stood across the from me in the kitchen. "Yeah, she should be here in about.. 10 minutes. Maybe?" I said, taking the last bite of my egg sandwich.

"What is her birthday present?" Logan asked me. "I'll show you." I said with a smile. I ran upstairs to my room and came back down with Liz's present in my hands. I showed Logan what it is and he started fangirling. I let him examine the bracelet when the door opened revealing a very happy Liz. I looked at her outfit and it was cute.

"ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!! IM OFFICIALLY 16!!!" Liz screamed when she walked in. Yup, Liz is a year older then me. "Happy birthday!" Logan said quickly giving me the braclets. "What was that?" Liz asked. "What was what?" I said, acting as if nothing happened. "Ummm, ok. Anyways, what are we doing?" Elizabeth asked me. "Well, we are going to the movies and then I will tell you the rest after that." I said with pride. Idk why. "Ok then lets go!" Liz said happily, leading us outside.

We got to the movies and Logan left since he had a meeting to go to. We got popcorn, drinks, candy, and food. Duhh.

Time skip to after the movie. Sorry for another one.

Liz's POV

After the movies we walked over to the Grove since it was only, like, 2 blocks away. We shopped and I bought myself some new things.

When we were done, Mimi took me over to a carnival and we had a lot of fun. After that, Mia pulled me over and she started giving a nice speech.

"Elizabeth, you are my best friend and I am really glad that we are ruinted again. It really makes me happy to know that I got see you again. Since you're my best friend I wanna give you something." And when she finished she pulled out two bracelets. One with a star and the other one with half a moon. "Awww, Mia, I'm glad we are still best friends. This means a lot to me. Thanks for always being there for me." I said and we both ended hugging each other.

Mia's POV

She loves her gift and I'm happy she does. I called Logan and he picked us up from the carnival. He dropped Liz off at her house and I made sure to tell her me and Logan were going to Ohio so that she knows.

Me and Logan got home and I saw his suitcases. "You packed! You are really being an adult" I said. "Yeah yeah. Don't tell my mom." Logan said. "Oh I am gonna tell her." I said before heading to my room.

I packed and then took the suitcases downstairs next to Logan's.

I went back to my room and got dressed into pj's before falling asleep.
