School Dance

okay so i'm going to start this book with this story i guess.

okay so since before freshman year me and one of my guy friends lets call him jake said that if we didn't get dates to the dances then we would go together as friends of course because me and him have been friends since before 7th grade.

and we've all gone together as friends since freshman year so yeah.

okay so a few days before the dance he told me that he was talking to this girl and that he really liked her so i was like okay cool and that same week he was a bit distant with me so i asked him what was wrong a few times and he told me off and to leave him alone so i was like okay cool.

so i had like 2 close girl friends well i used to have 3 but thats a story for another day. so i had 2 close friends but one of them said that our friendship was 'toxic' so she left me and my other friend like a month or two ago so i only had one other girl friend.

so me and my friend said we were going to go to the dance together like we always do but she got a plane ticket to Nevada for the holidays to go with her family so she couldn't go and i really wanted to go to the dance but i had no one to go with so i was pretty bummed about it.

so like 2 days before the dance she messaged our other friend 'Alicia' the one that said our friendship was toxic and we all made up and she said she was going to the dance with one of her other friends so we made plants to go to the dance together without Kate (the one going to Nevada).

but i didn't wanna go with them because i thought that they were going to just leave me by myself or that i was going to third wheel them so i tried to get this other guy to go with us lets call him josh. 

so josh said he might go he just had to ask for permission but like 2 hours before the dance he said he got sick and couldn't go so it was just us three.

so my parents drove me to the dance and i was looking cute af duh. so we got there and my two other 'friends' were out eating so they were going to get there a bit late so i just went on inside.

yup it was jake all by himself so he came up to talk to me and told me that the girl he was going to come with rejected him and now he was here with some other 'friends' and im not even gonna lie on the inside i was like HAAA BITCH but not on the outside.

 so yeah then later the other two 'friends' showed up and we danced together a bit and took pictures then the dance was almost over than we took a few more pictures with jake AND THEN THIS GUY THAT I USED TO LIKE HAD THE AUDACITY TO COME AND TAKE A PIC WITH US AND GRAB ME BY THE WAIsT.

but that didn't matter cause i didn't like him anymore and he has a girlfriend i guess cause he was holding hands with this girl but oh well yeah theres my story/ rant.
