Gajeel x Levy (Bookstore)

Levy's POV
I sat in the guild hall at the bar, chatting with Cana, Erza, and Lucy while Mira washed dished behind the counter. "Did you get a chance to finish the book of the month?" Erza asked with a smile. "Yup, it was really interesting." I said. "I finished, but it was a bit too erotic for my taste." Lucy shuddered. Mira laughed as she set a glass down. "That's Erza for you." Erza just shrugged and stuffed a fork full of strawberry cake into her mouth. I turned around and sighed, classic Erza. I saw Gajeel, Natsu, Gray, Panther Lilly and Elfman sitting at a table, deep in conversation. "Wonder what they're talking about." Cana said with a smirk. "Hmm, back on topic who's turn is it to pick this months book?" Lucy asked. "Levy's, you got a book picked out yet?" Mira asked. I shook my head. "I was going to head to the bookstore later to find something good."

Gajeels POV

"Hey Iron Ass, you gonna man up or what?" Natsu asked with a grin. I scoffed and turned away. "He's right Gajeel, even though he didn't use the best wording." Panther Lily said. "Be a man!" Elfman yelled, banging on the table. "Shhh." I said, putting my finger to my mouth. "-Head to the bookstore later to find something good." I heard Levy say. Natsu grinned, our Dragon slayer ears picking up the end of her sentence. A few minutes later Levy waved the girls goodbye and left the guild hall. "Well, see ya later." I said, heading out. "Yeah hit that Gajeel!" I heard Gray yell. I felt a brush creep on my face and I walked a bit faster.

Levy's POV

As I walked to the bookstore just down the block, I felt like I was being followed. Who would be following me? I'm not a strong wizard so I don't have any enemies, that I know of. I stopped and looked behind me. Nothing, not a thing. I just shrugged it off and turned to open the door of my favorite little shop.

Gajeel's POV

I spotted Levy instantly, it was hard to miss her in a crowd due to her blue hair but at the same time easy due to her height. I was walking a good ten feet behind her, working on what to say and playing scenarios through my head. I saw her hesitate for a minute and I swiftly turned into an ally. Luckily, when she turned around she didn't see me. When I peeked out she was gone. I walked out of the ally and stopped in front of a small store with faded writing on it. 'Rose's Little Novel Store' "I guess this is it." I said to myself as I walked in, to see her talking to Mira.

Levy's POV
"Oh hey Mira, how did you get here so quick?" I asked her confused, I left while she was at the guild hall. "Short cut, so how's the book search coming?" She asked. "I just got here, haven't even started yet." I laughed.

Mira's POV
(In the guild hall)

Levy was walking out the door and as soon as she left, Gajeel followed. "Yeah hit that Gajeel!" Natsu smirked. I felt a grin spread over my face. Gajeel won't ask Levy out on his own, I might have to give him a little push. I quickly turned into Satan soul form, flew to the bookstore in the blink of an eye and entered the shop through the back. I flew behind the buildings so Levy wouldn't see me.

(Now)

I saw Gajeel from behind a bookcase watching our interaction and I gave him a mischievous smile. You'll make your move soon Gajeel, your Dragon Slayer dominance will be your falling.
Soon, my ship will be real in a few moments. "So Levy, you and Gajeel aren't dating. Right?" I asked with an innocent smile. I saw Gajeels eyes go wide, his face broke out in a blush.      "Y-you know we aren't a-and y-y-you know what I feel about him. Why ask?" Levy stuttered at the sudden serious topic. I smiled. I leaned in right next to her ear. "Because that means your single, right?" I whispered, but I knew Gajeel heard me. His face contorted to anger. Levy's face turned a darker red. "I-I am but-" she started but I cut her off by settling my hands on her waist and pulling her closer, kissing her cheek.

Gajeels POV

I saw what Mira was doing, she was testing me. I think I held it pretty well until she touched her and even kissed her. Thank god it was only on the cheek. I walked behind Levy and threw her onto my shoulder, carrying her like I did when she ran out on my performance in that bunny girl outfit. Damn I picked that costume out perfectly, it made her ass look hot. I glared at Mira and walked out of the store.

Levy's POV

"Let me down!" I yelled, hitting his back over and over. "For the last time shrimp, not till we get to our destination." He growled. I gulped, first the strange thing with Mira and now this? Where is he taking me?

Gajeels POV

Where am I taking her? I told her I'm taking her somewhere but I have no idea where to. I could take her to my place, but she might get a little freaked out. What am I going to do anyway, she's not my girlfriend... man I'm stupid. I walked down an ally way and set her down at a dead end. She was I front of a grey wall, I put my hands on the cold stone. Locking her in place. "G-Gajeel what are you doing?" She asked. Damn, her face was just beautiful. She had these huge brown eyes that were always so curious and observant. Her plump lips trembled in anticipation. "Gihee." I smirked at the sight. "Gajeel, what are you doing?" She asked, eyes wide. I leaned down and kissed her, closing my eyes and sealing her lips. It took a few seconds to register but she kissed back. I put pecks down her jawline and made my way to her neck. I started sucking a bit and finally chomped down and made a mark. "Ow, Gajeel!" She yelled, trying to push me back. It was no use, I stood my ground and kept making marks on her neck. When I hit a certain spot every so often I was rewarded with a soft mewl. I stepped back and looked at my handy work. There we're a trail of hickies on her neck and shoulder, very visible and hard to miss. "Why did you do that?" She growled. "To show everyone you see, that your mine. My property, my girl, my Levy." I smiled, leaning down so I'm eye to eye with her.

Levy's POV

"My property, my girl, my Levy." He said, looking me straight in the eyes. My heart skipped a beat. I've wanted to be more than guild mates with Gajeel for a long time. I didn't even think he liked me as a friend let alone a girlfriend. "So, are we dating now?" He asked with a smirk. I had one of my own resting on my face. "I don't know, no body has gotten the balls to ask me out yet." I spoke with confidence. He deadpanned and I couldn't hold back a laugh. "Well, Levy Mcgarden. Would you do the honor of being my girl?" He asked, holding his hand out. "I would be honored." I smiled, putting my hand in his. We walked back to the guild hall like that. As soon as we entered I spotted Mira, giving me a knowing look, I blushed and looked away. All the attention was on us. "What were you two off doing?" A drunk, well when is she not, Cana yelled from the bar. I was confused for a moment, I had forgotten about the hickies. I'm blushing madly, my hair is an absolute mess,  we are holding hands and I have a trail of hickies all over my neck and shoulder. "I-It's not what it looks like." I stutter. The whole guild hall is giving us smirks, laughs and congratulations. "You finally made your move Metal breath, nice job you finally got laid." Natsu laughed from across the guild. "We didn't-" I started but was cut off. "You wanna go salamander!" Gajeel yelled, and then they were in a fight. I sighed, walking over to the bar. Immediately all the girls came rushing over. "So, what was it like?" Cans grinned. "We didn't do anything sexual!" I said. "Oh, then what's with your neck?" Evergreen laughed. "I don't see why you don't just leave her alone. She's a grow woman she can do what she wants." Ezra said. "I-I didn't actually-" I tried to say. "We just are curious, are you just upset because you never got that far with Jellal?" Ever tested. "And haven't you already done it with Elfman?" Ezra said, loudly so the whole guild heard. They stopped for a minute and then another brawl began. As everyone was fighting and prying I was just smiling to myself about his words. My property. My girl. My Levy.
