Ghosted

Morning Routine

Asya stretched her arms waking to the smell of sweets drifting down the hallway. This sudden movement awakened Kole but merely to groan and turn back to be facing Asya as she had rolled in her sleep and lost the comforting body warmth.  The blonde smiled as her girlfriend cuddled closer to her.
"Baby" she whispered poking at the half awake girls cheek which was replied by Kole nuzzling farther into Asya's side "Allan's cooking again it's time to wake up" she said softly.
Once again the only reply was a now muffled groan, this elected a small chuckle from Asya as she moved away from her just a bit. "Come on you don't want Nancy eating all those sweets do you?"
Kole only groaned but she still crawled out of bed throwing on a larger sized t shirt as clothing. She rubbed her eyes trying her best to wake from the deep sleep which was abruptly ended. In the time it took Kole to do this Asya found herself completely dressed for the day in jeans and a worn shirt. Kole looked at the early bird and stumbling on her words said "I could've beaten you if I were still dead"
Asya chuckled but overall ignored the joke thinking far to much about the smell of what she assumed was cookies. Which is not a very good breakfast for a ten year old, she noted. Kole stumbled ahead of her drifting down the hallway in a sleepy stupor. They climbed down the steps together Asya urgently telling Kole to hurry for she did not want to see Nancy with s toothache again. They finally reached the end of the spiral staircase just in time to see Allan smiling as Nancy took a large bite out of one of his cookies.
Kole burst into a fit of laughter as Nancy scarfed down what was, Asya was sure, essentially sugar.

Super short I know but I promised someone I'd upload by the morning. I'll definitely make this a lot longer than it is now but until them it'll stay pretty short. I'd like to finish it but it's 1 in the morning and Christmas so a lot of stuff is going on.
