Sasuke

I stood outside the school waiting for Reiko.

I guess it was rude for me to run like we were going to be late. I got on school pretty early.

"AM I LATE?!" Reiko came into the view basically dragging herself.

"You should start training with me." I told Reiko once she made it towards me. I handed her my water bottle.

She drank a lot then wiped her mouth. "Never in a million years."

I rolled my eyes as we entered the school together.

"When you ditched me, I saw this guy.." Reiko spoke closing the bottle.

My eyes widened and I stopped her from walking.  "Uh..  What guy?"  She looked at me with confusion but slowly started speaking again.

"A drummer.  He was using plastic containers.  He was really good."  She finished and I sighed in relief and we continued to walk.

"Then why don't you sign him?"  I asked as we walked to our first period class.  We had art together.

"Well, solo drumming don't make it far you know."

"Is that a challenge?  Prove them wrong."

"Plus, I didn't feel a connection to him.  I want to feel that connection to him."  She made hand gestures and I squinted my eyes at her.

"You want a connection with a stranger?  Are you hearing yourself?"  I don't know if she was dumb or dumber.

"Listen!  I need that connection, and it's bloom into a beautiful relationship."

"Hasn't your mother taught you stranger danger?"

"My mom's taught me that everyone deserves a chance.  I shouldn't assume that person is bad just because I don't know them.  How did we become friends?  Did I know you from the start?"  She questioned me and I rolled my eyes.

We looked up to see a familiar young blonde girl with a long familiar ponytail dragging a nervous dark haired girl by her side.

"SASUKE!  Fancy seeing you here!"  She smirked shifting her body weight to one side, and the dark haired girl tapping her index fingers nervously.

"Ino, Hinata." I sighed looking at the two.

Ino was quick to hand me a flyer completely ignoring Reiko's presence.  "It's for the Homecoming dance. It's about a month from now. A bit over. It doesn't matter! The date's on the flyer!"

I looked over to Reiko and turned the flyer to her. "How do you feel about this? It's the night right after our football game."

She studied it for a bit. Ino immediately started to tap her foot impatiently when I directed my attention to Reiko. "Well you know me.. I have things to worry about. I'm not much of a dancer too."

I gave her a small smile. "Aw come on. I'll teach you." They all got silent.

"Uchiha. This does not sound like you." Reiko was now crossing her arms shifting all her body weight to one side.

I cleared my voice. "I just want to try something different. I mean last of high school and all."

Reiko was staring at me intensively.  I gulped.  Why couldn't she just be like every other girl towards me?  Well I guess if she was, there wouldn't be nothing interesting about her.

She eventually just shrug her shoulders and sighed.  "Okay."

Ino placed her hand on my chest.  "Oh Sasuke!  If you need a date, I'm here."  She winked at me.

"Aren't you and Kiba a thing?"  I asked and Ino rolled her eyes.

"Where are you getting that from Sasuke?"  Ino crosses her arms.

I've seen a lot of things being here.  "Well making out in the staircase..."

"T...There are other blondes!"  Ino argued.

"So you are okay if he's kissing other blondes?"  I raised my eye brow.

An angry blush appeared on her face.  "Why should I care about what that dog's up to?!"  Ino was yelling now.  She likes him.  Just doesn't want to admit it.

"Who's a dog now?"  Kiba appeared behind her with a vein popping out on his forehead.  Ino jumped nervously and turned to the annoyed man.

She turned around and walked away as Kiba followed.  "Y..You heard what I said you dog!"

Hinata still stood there nervously fidgeting with her fingers.  "Sasuke..?" She questioned nervously.

"Yes?"  I replied.

"You and Naruto are good friends, no?"  I see where this was going.

"I guess so."  I smirked.  "You want me to get Naruto to ask you out to the Homecoming dance?"

She blushed nervously.  "How'd you know?!"

"You are easy to read.  I'll see what I can do."  I watched her eyes fill with enjoyment as she gave me smile.

"Thank you Sasuke."  She walked away and I sighed.

"You have work to do."  Reiko stared at me.

"Whatever."  I shrugged my shoulders and walked towards our class.

Our first period class was art.  We sat beside each other.

"Good Morning Class.  The first thing I want you to do this morning as a warm up is to draw the first thing that comes to mind." Kurenai Sensei spike to us as we all had sheets of paper in front of us.

Reiko.

I'm definitely not drawing her.

Second thing is...

"Woah that's a nice drawing of a keyboard." I heard Reiko exclaim.  She was looking at Konan's paper.

"Well thanks."  She shrugged off the compliment not really caring.

"Do you play?"  Reiko asked getting into a conversation.

"Yeah...So What?"  Konan questioned.  I guess you'd feel weird if someone you don't really talk to suddenly finds interest in you.

"Oh nothing... Are you good?"

"I guess.."

I'm gonna draw Itachi!
