To be honest I can see it and I also can't. The reasons I can see it is because Cure Whip defends Ciel/ Cure Parfait at times and this could rub off onto Rio in either form but in different ways. They also are both very code to Ciel and care for her and Ciel cares for each of them. Reasons I can't well he is distant and we don't really see him speaks to Ichika much at all besides when he was a villain but after that we don't see them together much at all. So for villain form I can for the other two is depends on if they talk more in the future episodes.
