The Girl Who Rebuilt My Broken Heart

Have you ever met someone and just felt "This is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with"? Well I have.

And I'm telling you right now, all that stuff they say about liking someone and when they send you messages or talk to you your heart just feels like its about to explode with joy, all of that is completely true.

If you told me all that stuff was true before I met her, I would've told you that you were full of shit. If you had told me you could fall in love with someone by meeting them online, before I met her, I would've told you that there was no bigger lie in the world.

Before I get into too much detail, let me explain to you how my life was, relationship-wise, before I met her. My relationship life before about 2 months ago was nothing but a pit of tears, lies, and pain. My first major relationship was the summer of 2013, I had a huge crush on this girl at my school the last few months of school and one day had the courage to ask her out.

Our relationship was one of the worst things ever. We would go out, she'd break up with me and give me a broken heart, then a month or two later she would say she wanted me back. Being the stupid person I was, I accepted her offer every time she offered it, and each time the break up would be worse, so now I'm emotionally broken and feel as if I tried to love a girl she'd never love me back, just tease me with my heart on a damn leash just pulling me around an tricking me.

So now that that whole thing is out of the way, I guess I should name the person who has given me hope that not all girls are as bad as the one in my experience. The girl who has rebuilt my heart, piece by bloody piece. The girl who I want to spend the rest of my life with is named Maddie, and if you're reading this Maddie, I love you, even though we're on different sides of the world, I hope one day I get to stare into your beautiful eyes and talk to you until we both fall asleep staring up at the stars.
