Chapter 1 The Beach
"Can't you believe that it is the last day of school !" Lilypad said happily waiting at the bus stop with me. Then LilyPad's mom said " Here catch." Then throwed our lunch boxes at us. Lilypad caught hers but I didn't because I wasn't looking and the lunch box when it hit the concrete it opened and everything fell right out on the floor. "Oops sorry Violet." Lilypads mom said and closed the door. after a couple of minutes the bus came when we got on Lilypad asked me something "Do you want to go to the beach after school?" I wait to think for a couple of minutes. Then I say "Yes!" "Great!"Lilypad said happily. On the way to school we were quiet the rest of the way. " When we got there we are going to have bus evacuation okay here we go."Said the bus driver . Lilypad was in the back I was in the 7th seat. She has to help little kids get out of the back of the bus. After all that we went into the bus to get our stuff and get back out. 8 hours and 30 minutes later. "SCHOOLS OUT!!!" Lilypad said at the top of her lungs. then we went home to get our bathing suits.Also we changed into our bathing suits and then went to the beach "So we're is a good spot to have our chips,and other food that we got." Lily Pad said so happily. "Hmmmm over there!" I said pointing to a clear spot with no one there. We laid our stuff down like our towels , sunscreen , food, and our beach bags that had our stuff. Then we see this girl that we have never seen. That's when I noticed that it was my old friend from my neighborhood . Her name is Arica. She comes over to us and says " Hi Violet I have not seen you in a year! Who is this ?" "My name is LilyPad for a fact and I am Violets BFF !!" "LilyPad be nice. I'm so sorry she's never like that she's always happy." I said kind of worried about LilyPad. "Um can I sit here?" Arica said. "Yea you can I guess" LilyPad said friendly. I went to swim and left LilyPad and Arica alone I hope I made the right choice. 1 hour later of swimming I go back and see that they haven't killed each other and they are talking about zebra print shoes. Wow I think they are friends. I made the right decision. So I walk over and say " Hey what's up?" I also disturbed them while they were talking about zebra print shoes. "Oh hey do you guys want to go to Hobo's for dinner?" Arica says. "Yea sure Violet are you in?" "Yea totally." So we went to Hobo's and its also a Chinese buffet that her aunt and uncle own so we eat for free. When we got there we got seated right away. Then the waiter came to ask us "What would you like to drink?" "Sprite." Arica says. " Dr.Pepper." I said. " Strawberry Lemonade!" LilyPad said patiently but getting mad that she went last. After the waiter took our order we went to the buffet. when we got back to our table the drinks were there. After 1 hour of eating 5 servings of Chinese food. "Oh we'll I'm stuffed!" LilyPad said. After we all walked home. I went to bed when I got home.
