Finn's POV:

I sat across from Angel as we waited for our orders. "So Curls..." she smirked knowing I hated the nickname. I chuckled and looked down and back up, I was to happy to criticize her for it. "Landed any rolls?" she asked. "Oh you have no idea." I chuckled.

"Hit me." she challenged. "After you went missing, I continued the small rolls on Supernatural ad The 100. I was cast in a Netflix show called Stranger Things last year, I'm one of the main characters named Mike Wheeler." I told.

"That's amazing!" she exclaimed. "I'm proud of you skater boy." she added. "Thanks." I smiled. "But there's more." She gestured to me to continue.

"Remember that book you were obsessed with? It?" I asked. She nodded her head. "I obviously wasn't too happy after you went missing, so I took a break from acting for a while." I told her shyly.

She sighed. "Finn, I appreciate that you care about me, but your career comes first. Your career is above me, understand?" she told me. It was my turn to sigh now. "Angel, you always come first." I protested. She shook her head.

"Never again." she stated and placed her hand on the table, with her pinkie extended. She was stubborn, no doubt about that. "Fine. But I might break this one." I said linking my pinkie with hers. "Try me." she challenged.

I shook my head, smiling. I let go of her pinkie and gently intertwined our hands together. I smiled at the girl. She was gone for so long.

"Anyway continue." she urged. "After I took a break, I auditioned for a movie." I admitted. "I auditioned for It for you." I continued. "You did what?!" she shouted. "Shhhh!" I exclaimed. "You heard me right." I told her.

"Did you get it?" she asked. "I did." I told her, smiling. "Oh my god Finn!" she began. "You were in It?! I'm so freaking proud of you!" she finished. I smiled. "Thanks Angel." I said. "Nope." she shook her head. "Thank you." she added.

I chuckled. "How are Ayla and Malcolm?" she asked. "Amazing." I replied. "We started a band together." I added. "Like I told you to?" she smiled. I nodded shyly. "What's it called?" she asked. "Calpurnia" I told her. She smiled widely. "Our old inside joke." she stated, I nodded.

"We wanted you to be a part of it, but since you weren't there, we named it after something that reminded us of you." I explained to her.

We sat quietly for a couple of minutes. "I missed this." she told me as she looked out the window. "I did too." I sighed. "I thought about you everyday." she admitted. "After he was done, I would stay in the room, and just cry, every time he did it, it felt like a piece of me died. I was so scared, but I would think of you, it always gave me hope for some reason." she continued as some tears rolled down her cheeks.

"But it's over now, I'm here, and I'm with you, and everything will be okay." she added as she wiped the tears away with her free hand.

I let a few tears slip. "When I took a break, it wasn't just from acting, it was from life, pretty much. I couldn't stand knowing that you could be hurt, or even dead, but I never gave up on you, I couldn't. That was basically admitting that I was done for." I told her.

"But my prayers were answered. All the birthday and 11:11 wishes came true. And somehow, I'm looking at the most beautiful face again for the first time in three years." I ended. I stood up, pulling her up along with me.

"Welcome home Angel." I told her as I wrapped my arms around her. She looked up ad wiped the tears off my cheeks. "Stop crying, I'll cry more." she demanded.

"There were so many more tears, they just weren't happy like these." I told her. She sighed. "Everything is okay now, no more worries and troubles, right?" she asked. I nodded. "Let's keep it that way." she told me. I nodded again.

"NUMBER 49!" The cashier called. I grabbed Angel's hand and we walked to the register. We grabbed all the food, but of course our hands weren't enough. I put a box down, called Nick and told him to come help.

"Holy shit! You ordered a shit load!" Nick exclaimed seeing us. "No shit Sherlock. We're restarting the tradition, and you're joining whether you like it or not." I forced him. "Gladly, for my sista." he smiled.

Angel smiled and we made our way to the car. We gave the adults their drinks, a hot chocolate each, a donut each, and a bagel each. Then we were off home.
