Yesterday's events still left me feeling drained and lost. Having friends like Danny and Liyah is a life saver. Being able to let out how I felt and finally have someone understand my pain was a relief, But I still was lost to the point I didn't have a next step for me personally. Tired of being tired, I get out of bed and get started on my morning routine. I brush my teeth and wash my face. Looking into the mirror I began chanted my daily affirmation while applying my face mask.
