Chapter 3: Vampires

Snows POV:

I was sleep next to Zane tucked into his chest. Avais was sleep in her room. I woke up and got up quietly and went down stairs and no one was awake yet. I pulled out my phone and looked at the time. 4am!? Your kidding! Well since I was awake and shifted to my wolf and went out on a run. It was colder than yesterday I checked the temperature and it was 29 degrees! I ran into the woods and heard Zane panic. I laughed and started walking to save energy.

I heard a twig snap and my ears and head turned to the sound and it was a rather large person. He looked at me and smirked. I looked at him and I couldn't really see since it was dark. I said "Zane?" But no answer. He walked into the moonlight and it was no human. It was a vampire! I wanted to run but he grabbed me by the stuff on the neck with his hand and held me to look at him. I started to shake in fear and heard Zane coming in his wolf form. I yelled "NIGHT HELP!" He lunged at the vampire and pinned him down with all his strength, I got out of his grip and hid in a bush.

Unknown POV:

Dogs I thought to myself and kicked off one. I looked around for the one I needed but didn't see her in sight. I looked at the little bit larger one and said "Who are you?" He said "I'm Zane! And here's something you need to know. DO NOT TOUCH MY MATE AGAIN!"

I looked at him and said "I need her. She's the only one who can help me."
Zane looked at me confused and said "If you need her then you need me. Your not separating us." He smirked and said "Too bad mutt." I kicked him as hard as I could and slammed his head on the ground. He looked dead to me but I knew he wasn't. I laughed and kicked him into a tree. He whimpered In pain. I tied him up to the tree with chains and put a muzzle on him.

I heard a little whimper and looked at the girl. She was about to cry. I forgot she was here. I grabbed her and threw her in the cage I had behind a bush. She whimpered loudly and growled. I looked at her and said "I'm sorry, you'll see him again I promise." And put her in the back of my truck and drove off to the vampire kingdom. We arrived about a hour later and I parked the car in my garage.

I grabbed the cage and took it inside to my fathers office. I put a muzzle on her and a collar and leash. My father looked up from his paper work and saw I had her. I took her out of the cage and set her on the table.

My father looked at her and said "Are you sure she's the werewolf princess" I said "yes I'm sure I know her father Jay, the werewolf king."

The little wolves eyes went wide like she didn't know this stuff. My dad looked at her and stroked her head and said "It's ok, you will go home soon." My father said "She smells like a wolf has been here with her." I looked at her and said "Yes, she has a Mate but I didn't bring him." He said "But why Ron!? That would make him the prince of the werewolves!"

I looked so stupid! I told dad I would go back and get him. He nodded and I left to find the other wolf.

Zane's POV:

I was struggling to get out out of the chains and muzzle. I heard a car coming and it was that guy again! He had a cage in the back of his truck and walked over to me. I tried to get out of the ties. He took the chains off and out a collar and leash on me.

He put me in the cage in the back of his truck and he drove off. I howled in sadness of losing my mate. We drove for about a hour and we were at a huge castle. I was laying down not even moving. He got out of his truck and picked the cage up taking me into a room with a older man. I saw her, my mate!

He set the cage down and took me out and put me on the table. He handed the lead to I think his father and put snow in the other cage on the opposite side of the room.
