Let me just say, I'm sorry I didn't update. Obviously, the 18th of December was heartbreaking for me, but what can I do, right? I'm still mourning, but trying my best to forget, so wish me luck in being funny.
"Gamsahamnida." Seokjin said as he took the tray of coffees and cakes to the table I was at and sat down, placing it gently on the table.
"Y-You didn't have to pay for it, I could've." I smiled, feeling slightly guilty.
"Ani, it's okay." He said. "I want to treat you to it. It's your birthday after all."
"You know," I started, taking my coffee from the tray. "No one's ever put in this much effort on my birthday before. Even my parents never bought me Starbucks. They just gave me a hug and went to work. Ever since I've been living with Jen, this is the first birthday we've spent that she wasn't working, and she prefers being inside anyway."
"I'm sorry to hear that." He said. "But... I'm here now, right? And so are the other guys. We'd gladly take you places on your birthday. In fact, later, the boys are going to meet up with you and I for dinner, if you have no plans."
"O-Of course, I'd love that!" I smiled, but it quickly faded. "But... I don't really have attire for such an event..."
"Then as soon as we finish our breakfast, let's go shopping." Seokjin smiled brightly. "I'll buy you anything you want!"
"No! Yo-- I can't let you do that." I bowed my head.
"Aniyo! Listen to your oppa." He pouted. My heart fluttered.
"O-Okay." I sighed. "Thank you, sincerely."
"You're more than welcome." He giggled. "Anything for you."
There it goes again.
Flutter, flutter, flutter.
Thump, thump, thump.
"Thank you." I smiled brightly and ate my cake. He did the same.
As soon as we finished, Seokjin told me to wait outside for him. I did so, and he came out 2 minutes later with 2 Iced Caffé Mochas. He gave one to me and smiled.
"I want to buy you everything, so let's start with your favourite drink!" He smiled.
"H-How did you know?" I asked, and sipped it gratefully.
"I saw on your Twitter." He said. "I love your memes of me, by the way."
"Thanks." I giggled. "For this. For... everything."
"I haven't even started yet, Lenny." He smiled and grabbed my hand. My heart fluttered as we walked together to the mall, sipping our coffees with our other hand. As we walk into the mall, I hear the end of Crystal Snow playing.
"dANG IT WE MISSED CRYSTAL SNOWWWW" I whined. "I MISSED YOU HIGH NOTES FACK"
"You're so cute." He laughed. "Hopefully Yixing's Christmas songs are on next."
"Good mind reading." I giggled as Yixing's 'Goodbye Christmas' instrumental played. Even though the loud mall was distracting, we were both extremely concentrated on the song as we walked to Sonyunara.
"Get whatever you want." He said. My jaw fell as I saw all the cute but affordable clothes. I squealed as I ran around picking things up. I chose three outfits; a white over-sized sweater with a pink heart, a pink skirt, black tights and heels, a red knitted sweater, a grey skirt, navy tights and black combat boots and a black hoodie dress.
As I was trying them on, I heard Seokjin singing the English version of Goodbye Christmas, that was playing on the radio.
"I'm falling, I'm falling down.
Everyone's happy now but I'm alone tonight...
Don't let me, don't let me drown.
It's too late to say I love you babe, goodbye." He sang with passion as he waited for me. His voice made my heart melt and tears form in my eyes. As I removed the outfits after trying them on, extremely satisfied, I walked outside. Seokjin came up to me and took the clothes.
"Wow, I bet you'd look cute in these. Good choices." He smiled. "I'll go pay."
"Ani! Let me pay!" I said.
"No no no! I'm paying. It's your birthday and I want you to have everything in the world that you want." He said, and before I could argue, he shuffled to the tills to pay. I smiled as I watched him take out his credit card and happily pay for it. I could overhear him and the cashier conversing.
"Are these for your girlfriend?" He asked, cashing them through.
"Yeah. She's very pretty." Seokjin said, as he looked at me and smiled.
"Then I'm sure these will suit her very well." The cashier smiled as he gave Seokjin the bag. "Have a good day, sir!"
"You too!" Seokjin smiled and walked back to me. "I'll carry it for you. Where to next?"
"You choose." I said, staring deeply into his eyes as he stared at me back, smiling slightly. For a brief moment, both of our eyes drifted to each other's lips, but then Seokjin smiled and took my hand.
"Let's go to a photo-booth." He suggested.
"Oh yeah! That'd be fun." I nodded enthusiastically. He chuckled and we walked hand-in-hand out of the mall, 'Winter Wonderland' by SHINee playing. I smiled as I thought, what a good voice Jonghyun has. I can't wait to hear it in person, hopefully in about a year.

"I'm such an idiot, Ky.
You know, someone died today.
The person who you just mentioned at your part.
I feel so bad, you know. It's nearly Christmas there. I should've included him. I'm such a bitch.

Come back. Quickly. If you stay for longer, you'll be so upset when you come back. Hurry up. Luckily, the story will end soon. Hopefully it ends after New Year so you won't be bombarded by the news.
Hurry. Please. Don't even get to Taehyung's bit, I don't care. Just end the damn game!"
