Gerard Way was originally in the band My Chemical Romance, that U n F o R T u N a t E l Y broke up in March 22, 2013. He was the lead singer of the band. He also tried having a solo career after their breakup.
At the moment that I am writing this, Gerard is forty years old. He was born on April 9, 1977.
In 2007, he got married to Lyn-Z, he is still married to her I believe. He has one child. O N E CH I L D
He is the son of Donna Lee and Donald Way. He has one brother, Miley Way, that was also on the band My Chemical Romance. He was raised in Belleville, New Jersey. He was taught from a young age to sing, paint, and perform by his grandmother Elena Lee Rush. He said, "She has taught me everything I know."
The G Note mmm, such a wonderful note. The G Note is played at the very beginning of My Chemical Romance's song Welcome to the Black Parade. It's a note that can make any emo or former emo kid cry tears of eye liner.
Fans of MCR call themselves Killjoys which comes from one of their albums. The Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys is where it came from. Every member of the band came up of a name, for example Gerard came up with Party Poison, for the album.
I personally really enjoy My Chemical Romance's songs. There are a lot of bands that have helped me through hard times, but them specifically have helped me the most. If it weren't for their wonderful music, I wouldn't be here right now and I owe it all to them. So thank you MCR for being there when no one else was. I love you guys so much and I can't express in words how much you have helped me. And I know I'm not the only one that feels the same way, there's a lot of fans out there that you guys have helped.
