8. Can I tell you something

Max's pov

It was another day at school.....ugh. I really don't like that new girl Sam, she is a huge asshole. And she is hanging out with my (Y/n)! 

I wa sleep in thought when Neil was talking to me. "What the fuck dude?" I asked "you know what the fuck, you'c e been blanking out and it's scaring Nicki and (Y/n). You okay?" Neil states. "Yeah in thought" I truthfully state, "what are you thinking about?" "Nonya" I say "Nonya?" He questioned. "Nonya fucking business" I say and walk over to the girls. 

"Hey Max" Nicki and (Y/n) say in unison. "I haven't been feeling well, I might talk to Neil" Nicki brings up, "why?" (Y/n) asks and I tilt my head in confusion. "Because he is annoying and keeps telling me not to climb the tree out in my yard. I did anyway and now I have red spots and there ichy" she summarizes. "Wasn't that poison oak the last time I visited" (y/n) asks "NICKI YOU CLIMBED A POISN OAK TREE?! ARE YOU FUCKING INSANE??" I say I shock. "Have you met her Max? She bit David's hand when she met him" (Y/n) brings up. 

I ignore (Y/n)'s comment and snatch Nicki's arm and examine it, "Nicki the fuck is wrong with you?" I ask "nothing, I'm fine" she responded. 

I look over to the spot (Y/n) was in but she's not there, I look around and see her talking to...,ugh Sam. I walk over to them. "Hey (n/n) and new kid" I say. "Hi Max" (Y/n) said "Maxwell, hello. Just to let you know I have a name" Sam says. Just by hearing her say my name gets me pissed. "Listen Samuel, I do t care and never call me that!" I defend myself "Then don't call me Samuel!" She says back. "Fine!" I say "Fine!" she says back.

I stomp over to Neil and Nicki. "What was that about Max?" Neil asks, "that whore called me by my name!" I answer. "Well that is your name" Nicki states, "yeah but no one can call me that, especially her" I say while death staring Sam. 

"Hey guys" I hear a familiar voice say, ugh it was Jax. "sup Jax" Neil and Nicki say. "Max..." He looks at me "listen man I'm sorry for what I did to you for (Y/n). She is really special, I'm happy you two are together" Jax apologized. "It's fine dude" I state. "Sorry about Cole" I say. "Nah it's fine, she was just using me" he answers. "That's not right, you shouldn't let her do that" Nicki says. "Haha thanks Nicki" he laughs. 

DING~ 

Home room period finished now we have to go to first period, and I have that class with Cole and Sam. The two whores I don't want to be with. And it sucks, one of them tried to rape me the other is great friends with (Y/n). Who I have great feelings for, and care for.

Sam's pov

Ugh I have a class with Max and that Cole (Y/n) keeps ranting on and on about. 

As I walk into class I am forced to sit next to Cole. "Hey your that new bitch right? I'm" I cut her off  "Cole Anderson? Yeah I know, haven't heard good about you." I state, "from who" she asks. "(Y/n), Max and Jax. Mostly (Y/n)." I answer, "why listen to her while we can be friends?" She asks "why would I do that now?" I smirk. "Because I need friends" she answers. "Ha in your dreams dickbag!" "You look cool~" she says "thank you but I don't need " I say. "No sweetie I need yours" she states. "The only pity your gonna get when in in the hospital in coma" I say. 

The teacher walks in and the lesson goes on. Time to time I see Cole staring at me, with her deadly eyes. I do t pay to much of kind and go on with the day. Mostly I didn't see Max. He's all the way in the back away from us. He has noon ego talk to so I didn't hear him. He's probably going to make a plan to murder Emma. Why do I think that? Because he's quite.

Your pov

I haven't talked to the guys all day, which was weird because they are the only people I talk to. It did me some good, on free times I got my homework done and went through some thoughts. One of them was.

Is Max jealous?

I know he isn't, but I should make sure. At lunch I'm going to ask him that question. Well questions. 

"Hey Max" I say sitting next to him. "Sup" he looks at me. "Can I ask you something?" I ask. "Sure" he replies, "are you jealous of me hanging out with Sam?" I ask. "N-no" he stutters. "One more, are we Boyfriend and girlfriend?"
