Parents

*Y/N POV*

Today was the day, I was going to meet his parents, not that I haven't met them, but this time it's different, this is the time where I tell them that I'm Veela and that Draco is my mate! I don't know how to say it to them. What if my father appears? What if my brother arrives? What will they say to have the daughter of the dark lord mark their son? This could all go wrong with just one sentence. I fell back onto my bed when my Mother walked in. " Y/N, your father has a conference with the Malfoy family today,and he would like you to join him" I didn't know what to say. So I came up with this. " Actually Mother I have a meeting with the Malfoys today, what time is Fathers conference?" As I waited for her reply I was hoping that it was before lunch. " Around 11 am why?" Thank god because my meeting is at 1:00pm. " I just didn't want to interfere, I wouldn't want to barge in, as it's very un polite". My Mother looked at me weirdly, " Yes I understand dear but would you like to go with your father and then be left there?" I thought about it when I knew that I shouldn't go with Father as he may be suspicious. " No Mother I will go alone later after Fathers conference".

***Time skip**** At the conference****

" Lucius?" The dark lord stared at Lucius with a questioning look. " Yes my Lord" The dark Lord stared Lucius down with a sneer. " Why are you having a meeting with my daughter?" Lucius was confused but replied truthfully. " My Lord your daughter has requested to have a conversation with my wife and I as well as Draco and I must say she sounded Serious, would you like to join us?" The dark Lord thought for a moment. " Yes I would please, I want to know what my daughter is up to also is it ok if we invite my wife as I'm sure her and Narcissa would love to catch up?" " Well of course Katherine can join us, Narcissa would love to have a chat. I'll go owl Katherine if you would like?"
" No that won't be needed, I'll just send my patronus"

***Time skip****

*Your POV*

I walked up to the Malfoy door hoping that my father would have left by now. I knocked on the door 3 times until it finally opened to reveal a shaking house elf, which was strange as it only happens when my father was here, but he shouldn't be here. Could he be here? What if, he is waiting for me? Just calm down Y/N, I'm sure your being paranoid, just walk in. As I walk into the lounge room, I see Draco standing looking nervous and staring behind me, I turn around to be met face to face with my father and mother. They gesture for me to take a seat and tell Mr Malfoy what I wanted to discuss. I didn't know how to say it anymore, so I just spat it out in one go. " I'mpartveelaanddracoismymateandifidontmarkhimbymy18birthdayiwilldie" They just stared at me weirdly. " I'm sorry dear but can you please say that slower" I just took a deep breathe and told them. " Mr Malfoy, Mrs Malfoy I'm part veela and just recently I discovered that Draco is my mate, and if I don't  mark him by my 18th birthday then I will die" I looked at my feet waiting for a reply when I felt someone place their arms around me, I looked up to have my eyes met by silver orbs, it was Draco, I wrapped my arms around him in return. Once we pulled back I stared at The Malfoys and my parents, when my Father finally spoke, " We won't let you die Y/N, I won't allow it, Lucius? Narcissa? Please don't allow my daughter to die" I stared at my father in shock, why was he so calm and not raging on about how I must mark Draco. " Draco do you love Y/N?" I looked over to Draco and waited for his reply. " I do" I smiled at Draco and walked over to him, I looked into his eyes and just kissed him, but I did forget that our parents were there which was partially embarrassing. I pulled back with a smile. " Wait a minute Y/N, you are not to do any funny business! Do you understand?" I rolled my eyes and replied " Yes I understand, now Father we must really find your nose" I started to laugh hysterically.
