Prologue:
Science is a strange concept; a hybrid of two spectrums that shouldn’t have been able to coincide in any feasible way without the universe bending and folding in on its own rules. But for a long time, it was common knowledge that, for a subject that is supposedly built on the back of logic and research (hard, cold facts), it’s nearly impossible not to find traces and smears of faith and speculation (intangible ideas) where the tendrils of simple, human consciousness have crept in. Perhaps the loss of that understanding is what got us here in the first place. Somewhere, sometime, along the way of getting here, we lost the ability to weave the illogical in with the logical; and, in doing so, we lost the flexibility that got us here.
