***************** CHAPTER 2****************************************
I awoke to the sun streaming through the window towards my face. It's sweet yellow rays filled my eyelids, pulling me from my sleep. I turned my head from it and tried to cover my face, still being tired, but it didn't work. I groaned and opened my eyes, immediately wanting to shut them as the light poured in. I forced them to stay open and rolled to my right.
Suddenly, I felt the bed beneath me disappear as I fell toward my carpet. Only, I didn't stop on my carpet, I fell to a hard cold hard floor, shrieking as I landed on my shoulder and a horrid pain came from it.
"Ough." I mumbled, clutching my shoulder as it throbbed painfully. I rolled to my left, trying to take the pressure off of it.
"Lana?" I heard an alert voice ask.
"My shoulder." I groaned. Another searing flash of pain surrounded my arm.
I heard footsteps and opened my eyes to see two feet standing in front of me. I followed the feet to their owner and saw Harry standing above me.
"Good morning Love." he said.
I grimaced as another shot of pain ran through my shoulder. "Could be better."
"Want some help?" He asked, smirking slightly.
I rolled my eyes. "Not at all, than-" I let out a small shriek as my shoulder gave me more trouble. It felt like someone was stabbing it.
I squeezed my eyes shut, trying to take the pain away somehow. Tears filled them and a few ran down my cheeks. I felt a hand on my good shoulder.
"Lana, are you okay?” A worried Harry asked.
I bit my tongue as the pain began throbbing repetitively.
"Guys, Lana hurt her shoulder!" I heard him shout out.
I curled into a ball, still clutching my shoulder. The only thing I was really aware of was the pain in it.
"Lana?" I heard Liam ask. “I’m going to look at your shoulder, okay?”
I gave him a slight nod.
Suddenly, a blinding pain shot through my arm as he lifted the purple sleeve. I let out a sharp cry of pain. I tried moving to the left to stop him from touching anything around it, but another hand stopped me, grabbing my left side. I let out a scream of frustration and pain.
I felt a hand close around mine and I squeezed it as Liam looked at my shoulder.
“It’s just bruised really badly.” He concluded. “Zayn, get her some ice please.”
When Zayn returned with the ice, my shoulder didn’t hurt so bad, but it still hurt. Liam carefully placed the ice gently on my shoulder numbing the pain almost instantly.
The hand that held mine started rubbing small circles on the back of it, and it soothed me slightly.
"Okay. Niall, could you grab her some water?" Liam sounded worried.
I let out slow shaky breaths as I opened my eyes. Three faces surrounded me. Harry was on my left, looking at me with worry lacing his features. His hand was the one that held mine. Liam was on my right, looking at me with a confused expression. Louis stood above me. Looking down at me with wide eyes.
"That looked painful." he commented, nodding towards my shoulder.
I smiled meekly at him. "It was." I looked to Liam. "Thanks."
He shook his head. "Not a problem.”
I nodded. "Can I get up now? My butt hurts." I said, reaching to hold the ice pack on my arm.
