Selena couldn't help the look that crossed her face when the boy began talking to Madison. Sure, he seemed all sweet and friendly, but he could have had other intentions. Selena crossed her arms with a huff, her nose scrunched like she had tasted something bad.
Madison couldn't help but laugh internally at her girlfriend, saying goodbye to the boy politely before turning to Sel with a cheeky grin. "Are you jealous?"
"No!", Selena said immediately, "I just didn't like the way he looked at you", Selena said, flicking her hair from her face and slowly taking Madison's hand, lacing their fingers together. "You're my girlfriend, he should keep his hands to himself."
Madison laughed. "You can't keep me locked away." She frowned slightly, "Do you not trust me?"
Selena quickly shook her head, pulling her close. "Of course I trust you. I don't trust them." Selena pecked Madison's lips softly, her eyes brightening now that she had her all to herself. "I love you with all my heart."
For the rest of the day, Selena followed Madison around like an overprotective puppy, glaring at anyone who got too close.
