"I won't go. You can't make me." Bo said coldly for the fifth time that morning. "Yes you will Isabo Stone, you will go to school and get some educated!" Shouted Callie, Bo's seventh foster mother. "You go and get yo ass in that car or I'll take yo precious laptop away from y'all!"
Bo stared at her coldly for a few seconds then shrugged and ran upstairs to grab her bag and phone. When she entered her drab room she closed the door and slumped onto her bed. She pulled open her top draw and rummaged around for a minute. Bo then pulled out a very old and tarnished picture frame. She stared at the picture of a man and a woman laughing with a young child. "Mum... Dad..." Bo whispered. She hugged the picture close to her chest and whispered "A fresh start. Okay. This is my last chance. We can do this." She picked up her phone, shoved it in her bag with a pencil case and a few books Callie got her and threw on her favourite turquoise jumper. She opened the door, took a deep breath and set off for school. If only she knew what she was walking into...
