What started off as a relaxing day ended as Lisa's phone went off to the familiar ringtone she had set for the president of her company. Yang Hyun Suk or YG Sajangnim as the girls liked to call him. The four girls, Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie and Chaeyoung had finally finished their last stage and was given a promised day of relaxation after their hectic schedule the past month of their debut.

Lisa Monoban ran to her bedroom located next to her best friend Chaeyoung's room. Most idols usually share dorm rooms however, being under YG Entertainment definitely had it's perks. President Yang Hyun Suk knew how to spoil the members, not only was their dorm a luxurious and pricey one, it was located next to the Han River, ensuring the girls the best views of the city of Seoul.

Lisa's room was simple, chic, and neatly organized. Her bed was neatly made with a theme of all white comforters and pillows. If it wasn't in their dorm, one could mistake her room for that of a 5 star hotel room. On the walls of the bedroom, Lisa had minimal decorations due to her lack of being in her room, it was mostly decorated by Chaeyoung who felt like her room was too drab and so she had hung a few HD pictures of Lisa from her photoshoots.

They said that the bedroom was where girl's spend most of their time, but for Lisa, it was just a place where she could sleep. Unfortunately, her schedule doesn't allow her for relaxation like the other members.

Pulling her iPhone from the charging stand next to her queen sized bed, Lisa sighed before answering. Calls from the president was common for her, she didn't have to answer it to know what he was about to say.

The phrase 'You have a new mission' was 9 times out of 10 the first 5 words that comes out from her boss's mouth. Ever since Lisa joined the company about 5 years ago, she had been taking in missions. 

What missions? That's what everyone was curious about. Even her members, the people whom Lisa considers family do not know exactly what she does other than the fact that she was not just an idol. 

This was a known fact to everyone in the entertainment industry that some idols are not just another guy or girl with a pretty face who sings and dances on stage. All Rounders was what they called those special idols, ARI for short. Every agency has at least one ARI, some more than others. It was not a requirement for an agency to have ARI's but they can be the make it or break its for a company. 

The basic ARI system works like this: once one decides to sign the contract into an agency. they knew that they have a chance to be selected to be an ARI. Being an ARI has it's perks and weakness, you not only make money from being an idol but also from the missions or operations your company gives you. These missions are secretive hence why if you become an ARI, there is no backing out. No one is suppose to know what the job entitles except the ones selected and an ARI is sworn to secrecy. In addition, it was basically impossible to back out of being an ARI if you are selected so you are stuck with it until you retire. An agency with good ARI's will get more mission and more money hence why it's all about quality not quantity. 

Currently, the top 3 company SM, YG, and JYP have the most ARIs. Not only do they have the most, they also have some of the best of the best. Lisa, the maknae of YG Entertainment was one of them.

"Ne, Sajangnim. I understand." Lisa said as she mentally took notes of what her boss wanted her to accomplish this time. Ever since she first joined the company, for unknown reasons, she had been immediately selected and gone through rigorous trainings. Lisa took missions about once a month with exceptions of her training period. The blondie has probably took well over 50 missions but she still does not know what they are for, who they are for, and how much money the company actually makes for a mission, although curious, she knows better than to ask. After all, curiosity killed the cat.
