Maria Fuller tends to make the absolute worst decisions. From being plastered at church events, to getting arrested and having sex with some random guy at a party. That latest stunt resulting in a pregnancy.
Now, five months and one deceased mother later, she's heading to Mexico with her family. Of course, another bad decision results in Maria and her family as the hostages of the infamous Gecko brothers. Their little "vacation" turns to chaos and her once mundane life is far from reach.
But, Maria was always drawn to the wild side of life. Nothing was wilder than a criminal with a disturbed mind.
Richie's heard of girls like her. They're the dream, the light at the end of the tunnel. The kind of girl you marry and knock up. The type to live in a nice big house in the suburbs, a real family gal.
Certainly, not one to settle for a criminal like himself. But, for some God-forsaken reason, he's drawn to her and it has ( almost ) nothing to do with these strange new abilities he's garnered.
