A few days later

It was the day you finally could go home from hospital again. That meant you had to go to school again.

Noooo! I dont want to! It's gonna be so embarrassing! The whole school knows that I collapsed because the most popular guy at school dumped me. Y/N why on earth did you have to do that? Everyone warned me!!

But nagging about this wouldn't change anything now. You had to go to school and bear to live with this situation. Facing everyone won't be easy but well... You had to.

At home

"Y/N!! How are you!?"
Your big brother came running towards you.

"I'm so sorry I didn't visit you. But I just came back from the states."

Your bro, Namjoon, was studying abroad in the US for a year. He had started in the second semester last year and now he came back.

"It's okay, I'm fine! No problem! How are you, Joonie?"
"Ahh I'm fine as well. It was great in the US! I made so many new friends! One of them is Kim Seokjin! He's really cool and handsome.. and ...a big coincidence... he actually lives in Korea as well and he just came back here, too. You definitely should meet him one day!"

"Sounds like a cool guy!" you said, forcing yourself to smile.

Then you went into your room.
Just a few minutes later someone knocked at your door.

"Come in!"

It was Namjoon again. He came towards you and sat down on your bed.
"Hey... our parents just phoned me and told me that you collapsed in school. But... Why? What's wrong?"
You smiled because this was the thing you appreciated the most about your brother. He was always caring and there for you when you needed him.

You were sitting in the seat at your desk.
"I just didn't sleep well the days before... that's why I was exhausted.." you lied.

"Stop lying to me. I'm your big brother. I know when you're lying and something's definitely off. So please tell me."

You sighed.
"Okay... so.. it was Valentine's Day.. and I... I.. confessed."

"You confessed?!"

"Yep."

"Wait... to this Park Jimin guy? Is he still your crush?"

"Rather was. He humiliated me in front of the whole school. I hate him!"

"That jerk! He doesn't even now what he's missing!"

"Thank you!" you got up and hugged him.

The next day at school

As always you met your best friend, Taehyung, under the big tree in front of your school.
You had about 20 minutes left before school started.

"Hey!" he said.

"Hey!"

"Here you are!" he handed a bottle of strawberry milk to you.

"For me?"

"Yap! Thought you could need a small boost for your first day back."

"Ahhh don't even remind me!"
