Courage

Prologue

A day has passed and it wasn't exactly the way it was planned. Well that always happens in my life. It doesn't matter what goes on someone always has to step in to ruin things. Why me? Well honestly I'm not so sure. Coming from a hated background in school who knows. I lost almost everything. When I say everything, I seriously mean everything.

My name is Lilly and I am 18 years old, I just graduated high school and I'm moving on to the next thing in life. I've always been the laid back kind of girl. Never really had the courage to do anything because I was so hated for just being me in general. It seriously didn't matter what I did. I was hated for it. It's like everyone else is all of that or something but obviously I'm not. I'm not that talkative for that reason. I always sat in the back of the room minding my own business while everyone else was making fun of me for my style and chatting with their friends or something along that.

Things always get messed up. I know I need to step up and do something but I don't know how to do that with all the hate. With me it always seems like people don't want to be around me. It doesn't matter what I do I always am left out of things. 

I was almost always alone. My family wanted very little to do with me now. They didn't even care about what happens to me or anything. I don't get why things are this way because we were always close to one another. I haven't heard from them for at least 3 months now. They are always out doing things not even bothering to ask me if I wanted to join them. This is just like school. I felt I didn't even belong there.

"What has happened between middle school and high school?", I thought to myself. It felt like the transition from eighth grade to freshman year turned everything around for everyone that I knew at some point decided to hate on me for no reason at all. i have no clue on what I did at all.
