My POV:

I sat in the dew-filled grass, thinking about everything back home. I looked around to make sure no one was watching; I opened my locket around my neck. My eyes filled with tears as I gazed at the picture of my past. My little sister my mom, my dad, and me.. all huddled into a hug. I looked around once more to make sure I was alone as I slid the locket back under my shirt. I was surprised to see someone had caught my gaze. I turned the other way and pretended like I did not notice them. But, they approached me, almost as if they were teleporting. A hand reached out and touched my shoulder. Almost out of instinct I stood up quickly, but refrained from hurting them. The sun was setting quickly, so all I could make out was a male figure, that almost seemed to be happy at my outburst. He laughed quietly. Definitely a male voice. It was.. familiar?

He then extended his hand for me to shake. I hesitated a moment, before accepting his hand and shaking it.

"Heh... just like old times" he said. I finally recognized the voice as Sans'.

I was shocked at the fact there wasn't some kind of prank. I knew it was probably because he wasn't expecting anything, but it worries me.

He motioned for me to return to my spot in the grass, so I sat. He sat down right next to me, and we both gazed at the pink and orange sunset. Then, Sans broke the silence.

"So.. judging by your earlier reminiscing.. you miss home." He said sympathetically.

The topic brought a tear to my eye, which he wiped away with the back of his bony hand. I blushed a light pink, but it wasn't noticeable with the orange glow of the setting sun on my face.

"I mean... I am home, but I was down there for so long, it felt like that was my home." I said, stuttering here and there.

He still had a permanent smile on his face, but you could tell he wasn't as happy as the smile let on. "Well kid, as long as we're together, we're home.." he said, a sad tone ringing in his voice.

He pulled me into a sympathetic hug, or was it more, no... it wasn't... he didn't like me like that.

I hugged him back, crying light on the shoulder of his hoodie. He tried to comfort me. "Sshhh... it's ok... don't cry.."

Now, pause a moment... I just cried on my crush's hoodie... oh... god... no...

By the time I realized how much I was crying, I heard sobbing that wasn't my own. It took me a moment before I realized the other crying sounds were coming from Sans, bright neon blue tears on his skull and on my shirt.

"Aww Sans... c'mon.. don't cry.." I said, sympathetically.

He chuckled quietly, "Kid... you're not the only one who misses the Underground..." he said, crying a little less, but still crying.

I hug Sans a little tighter, "I know... but please don't cry.." I said comfortingly.

He hugged me even tighter than I thought a skeleton could. I noticed he wasn't crying anymore. I smiled a little; it was a nice feeling inside, to know I helped him out.

I wanted to just sit there, hugging him forever. But... Oh God... how do I put this... his... other-crush/ex-girlfriend Chara came over.

"S-Sans.." I whisper. "C-Chara is w-walking over..."

"Shh.. Frisk.. it's all okay.. just stand up slowly, and go over there. He points at a tree not too far off.

I chuckled, "You always know a hiding place." I whispered back, before moving from his embrace and walking behind the tree.

Sans' POV:

"Shh.. Frisk.. it's all okay, just go behind that tree." I pointed to an old tree not too close, but not too far. She got up and walked slowly behind it.

"Now I gotta deal with this.." I though, as I stood up and waited for Chara to come over. I hate her so much... I just hope this doesn't come between Frisk and I...

Chara's POV:

I skipped over to Sans. "Hey Sansy! Who was the girl." I said, cheerful at first but quickly it turned into a scowl.

"That's Frisk, aight? Thought you knew her. Not like it has anything to do with you, ya little-" he said, his eye glowing that familiar blue.

I giggle, "She you're new little shit?"

"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST CALL HER?! YOU'RE GONNA HAVE A BAD TIME KIDDO!" Sans screamed.

*Megalovania intensifies*

My POV:

I came out from behind the tree, to see a horrified, shocked, and angry Sans. I shouted at Chara, "Shut the hell up Chara! Sans is amazing and is so nice to me! So back the hell off before-" I walk over to Sans' side and lay my arm across his shoulders, "you're gonna have to face BOTH of us!"
