I woke up with a throbbing head. I checked the time and it was 6:30 in the evening. I opened the blinds to see if it really was evening. And yup it still was.

Wait. What happened? Anong nangyari kanina? Did I sleep through the whole day? And just woke up now? Damn, I deserve an award. I tried to remember but my head said otherwise. It hurts like hell. Ugh.

I drank the cold glass of milk sa nightrest ko. I figured it was placed there earlier if ever I woke up.

Pumunta ako sa kusina para ibalik ang baso. Pero iba ang nadatnan ko

It was Amara with blood all over her.

I couldn't believe my eyes.

I was facing her back since she was on top on the island of our kitchen. A man had his head in the crook of her neck, kiss-- more like biting her! Amara was moaning? I didn't know if it was from happiness or from pain?

Should I call 911? Wait nasa probinsya kami. May tanod kaya sa labas? Fuck.

My mind was a mess and my head was throbbing

Nabitiwan ko ang baso and I didn't know what to do.

They turned their heads to me and Amara's eyes turned from red to their normal hazel brown.

"Z-zurie! It's n-not what you think it is!" she licked some blood from her lips and tried to get a hold of me.

I kept stepping backward, eyes still wide. Natatakot ako

The front door opened revealing Ali and his friend.

"So how was my gift sis--Zuriela!"

My head was throbbing again but two times much more worse. I clutched it with my hands and I couldn't do anything but sob and curl up in the floor.

"Ah!" Ali went to me and hugged me and somehow it helped lessen the pain.

And that is weird, coming from a guy I barely know.

"It's okay, my princess. You're fine. Just let it all out. " I opened my right eye and I saw a blue moon peeping in the window. That made my vision go red and the pain stopped all of a sudden.

"W-what's happening?" I stood up and out of Ali's arms to find a mirror, my vision still red, my body weak and h-hungry?

I eventually found a mirror and saw my eyes were in a dark shade of red. Nabitawan ko ang salamin at tinignan si Amara who had already cleaned up from the blood from earlier. That was fast.

"Sino kayo?"

"Zurie, it's still me, Amara." she reached out for me but I quickly stepped back. She had pain in her eyes but I only looked away

"Stay. Stay where you are. Now answer me. Who are you?"

I was scared and confused. But I had to stay strong

"Let me rephrase that. What. Are you?"

I was trembling in fear

She remained silent

"Hindi ka sasagot? Ikaw sino ka?" I turned to Ali

"Princess--" his eyes were peircing through me

"Stop calling me that! Just fucking answer me!"

Ali looked at Amara and back at me but with a cold stare

"Ali, no. I tell you. No." Amara was pleading like she couldn't move

"Sorry Amara. You told me to come back during the blue moon and it is. I'm taking her back. You've kept her here for too long now." he said that while staring at me

He took 2 steps toward me with those eyes staring

"Stop! What are you doing?" I ran to my room since it was the only nearest door

"Ali! Just please. Take care of her! Think about the prophecy!" Amara said giving up

"I will never harm my princess."

"No, no, no! Stop it! You wouldn't like me mad. You'll see!" I shouted hoping to threaten him but he didn't budge and kept coming to me

"You wouldn't like me mad either, babe." I was frozen in my spot. Like literally. The door was shut close. Damn, I'm trapped.

Nakalapit na siya sakin, leaving only inches of space between us. He snaked his arms around my waist and stared at me and he really has beautiful eyes. Wait, I'm supposed to be scared right now.

"Miss me? Princess?" He came closer until our noses touched. He grazed his lips unto mine like he was teasing me and yes it was working. But before he could kiss me he pulled back and came unto my ear. He chuckled sexily

"Why won't you answer me? Cat got your tongue?" He bit my ear and went to my neck. His fangs landed on my neck but he didn't dug it in. My knees were weak and my breathing hitched but he held me. He chuckled again and pulled away but he was still close.

I disregarded the nickname he came up for me and settled on how good his scent was upclose. I closed my eyes when I felt his fingers lightly grazing my neck. It was just too familiar. My eyes shot open when I felt a cold chain on my neck.

"Never take this off again, babe" he said closely to me ear while pushing my small frame more tightly than it was in his embrace. The necklace had a red stone pendant.

Ali touched my chin to make me look up to him. Once again, I met his eyes. They were full of longing and pain for a quick second.

"L-let me go." I bravely told him despite my shivering legs

"No. I'm not letting you go again. Not now. Not ever, princess."

He carried me in one swift of his arms and it happened so fast that we were running to who knows where. All I see were trees as we move past them in a fast motion.

We came upon a cave. A creepy one. Ali slowed down as we entered it. He put me down but held my hand if ever I would try to escape. Which I doubt I would ever.

"W-where are we?" I only saw a part of his face since the only light we depended on was the moon.

He held my face in his large hand and the other raked the hair on my nape. I shivered in his touch. He looked at me with amusement in his eyes. He chuckled.

"You'll see. Just trust me, babe." He kissed me in my cheek and held my hand again. Somehow, I felt secure with him. I held his hand tightly as we walk into the darkness.

We walked a few more steps until we found a lake. It had a small island in the center with a large tree. How fascinating to have such a beauty in a creepy cave. Ali went in the river with the water only higher of my ankle. He held my waist to assure me it was okay.

He closed his eyes and held out his hand until something blinked above his palm and a red cube appeared. My eyes opened so widely because of what just happened. Ano ba itong pinasok ko?

Ali chuckled when he saw me. Damn, I'm getting used to that sexy laugh of his.

"Zurie, believe it or not. You have one of these." He said and chuckled once again.

Ano? Anong sinabi niya? Hell, am I going to believe him. Mag magic nga ng pera di ko magawa. Inirapan ko nalang siya. Which made him laugh.

"Totoo nga. All you have to do is to summon it" I crinkled my eyebrows at his statement

"Paano naman aber?" He came closer to me with eyes so serious.

"Kiss me."
