Reprisal~ Jasper Hale [3]

7~ Uninvited.

Bella and I arrived at the Cullens graduation party and everyone was there. "I guess the humans were excited to see the famous Cullen family house," Bella says. "Yeah, no kidding," I say.

Bella and I make our way up the stairs to find Jasper and Edward but are greeted by Jessica and Angela. "Hey!" they say. "hi you made it!" I say. "Of course," Angela says. "Hey what did the two of you think about my speech? Jessica asks. "It was amazing you knocked it out of the park," I say. "Yeah, you nailed it," Bella says.

"Oh my gosh, I love this song come on Jess!" Angela says and pulls Jessica away. Bella and I continue our search for Jasper and Edward but we turn around and see 4 party guests we didn't expect. Jacob, Embry, Quil, and Leah even though Leah was still invited.

"Surprised to see you two here," I say. "What are you doing here?" Bella asks. "You two invited us to remember," Jacob says. "Was my slap and Bella's right hook too subtle for the two of you?" I say. "Yeah that was us uninviting you," Bella says. "Look we're both sorry for kissing the two of you without permission it'll never happen again'' Embry says. "Yeah I would blame it on the whole inner animal thing, but it was just us being some asses and we're sorry," Jacob says.

"We brought you two something," Embry says and reaches into his pocket and pulls out this grey wolf bracelet as Jacob with a brown wolf bracelet.

"Wow you made this, it's really pretty," Bella says. "Yeah I made yours as well Ana but Embry here bought it off of me," Jacob says. "Hey! I told him to make it so it's the thought that counts" Embry says and I chuckle.

"Congratulations Ana!" Leah says and hugs me. "Thanks, Leah!" I say. "Oh and don't worry Embry and I fought over him kissing you without permission," she says. "Good I hope you gave him a good beat down," I say. "Oh you know I did," she says and we all laugh.

I look our Embry's shoulder and I see Alice coming down the stairs and she blanks which means she saw something. "Hey, Bella and I will be right back," I say and Bella and I rush over to Alice. 'Alice what did you see?" Bella asks. "The decision has been made," she says. "They're not going to Seattle?" I say. "Hey what's going on?" Jacob says as he and Embry join us. "No they're coming here," Alice says.

Jasper, Embry, Leah, Quil, Carlisle, Alice, Lucas, Edward, Bella, and I are all outside on the patio while the rest enjoy the party.

"They'll be here in four days," Alice says. "This could turn into a blood bath," Carlisle says. "Whose behind it?" Edward asks "I didn't recognize anyone may be one," Alice says. "I know his face he's local Riley Biers he didn't start this" Edward says.

"Whoever did is staying out of the action," Alice says. "They must be playing with the blind spots in your vision," Carlisle says. "By the way, the army is coming and there aren't enough of us to protect the town," Jasper says.

"Wait hold up what damn army?" Jacob asks. "Newborns our kind," Lucas says. "What are they after?" Embry asks. "They were passing around the girl's scent Bella's red blouse and Anastasia's purple sweater," Alice says.

"Oh my gosh I've been looking for that that's my favorite sweater now I'm annoyed," I say. "Calm down darling I'll buy you another one," Jasper says. "They're after Bella and Ana what does that mean?" Leah asks. "It means an ugly fight with lives lost," Carlisle says. Leah, Jacob, Embry, and Quil all give each other a knowing look.

"Alright we're in," Jacob says. "No, you'll get yourselves killed no way!" Bella says. "I wasn't asking for your permission," Jacob says. "Edward?" Bella asks. "It means more protection for you and Anastasia," Edward says.

"Anastasia stop them say something," Bella says. "Look Bella I don't like being selfish either but if we die that's not good for anyone so I say if they're brave enough to defend us then so be it," I say.

"Jacob, Embry do you two think we can get Sam to come to an understanding?" Carlisle says. "As long as we get to kill some vampires," Embry says.

"Jasper?" Carlisle asks. "They'll give us the numbers the newborns won't even know they exist it'll give us an edge," Jasper says. "We'll need to coordinate," Carlisle says.

"Carlisle they'll get hurt," Bella says. "We'll all need some training, fighting newborns takes knowledge that Jasper has your welcome to join us," Carlisle says. "Name the time and place," Jacob says.

"Jake you don't know what you're getting yourself into," Bella says. "Bella this is what we do you should be happy look at us working together you are the one who wanted us to get along remember?" Jacob says all snarky-like.

Later that night I'm in my room with Jasper and Bella storms in with Edward behind her. "I cannot believe you! Ana, they're gonna get hurt!" Bella says. "Bella first you need to calm down they're werewolves for god sake they've been killing vampires since the first shifter," I say.

"Ana you fail to realize that these types of vampires they've never fought before," she says. "Bella if they're willing to be brave for us let them don't hold them back because it's gonna happen rather you like it or not so stop trying to be this superwoman," I say. "Oh my gosh, here you go again!" She says.

"What are you talking about?!" I say. "Being selfish as usual!" She says. "When have I ever been selfish?!" I ask. "Oh really gee how about when you throw your relationship with Rosalie and Leah in front of me knowing they hate me and also you and Esme with your mother-daughter relationship and knowing I'll never have that connection with her even after we turn and last but not least you stealing my family away from me but let me tell you something I liked you better when you were the strange human girl lost with a family who found you in the woods and I wish it would've stayed that way!" Bella says.

"Hey! Bella that is enough!" Says Charlie coming into the room. "You know what fine. I'll just leave and go to the Cullens where I'm wanted" I say crying. "No no Ana don't do that" Charlie says. "Why! She doesn't want me here and I'm not the type of person that stays where they aren't wanted" I say grabbing some of my stuff. "Ana wait I'm sorry you know I didn't mean that," Bella says. "No, I know exactly what you meant. Don't you ever talk to me again" I say and slam the front door in her face and Jasper and I get into my jeep?

I slam the door on the passenger side and there is silence. "Ana-" Jasper starts. "No Jasper I don't wanna talk about right now just take me home please my real home," I say. "Yes ma'am," he says with a sigh and drives off.
