I had just woken up when I received a call. I picked up the phone and said "Hello?"

"Hi, dad it's Annabeth."

"Annabeth! Hi, why are you calling?"

"Well, I was wondering if I could come and stay for a few days with a friend."

"Sure, Sure honey. When will you be coming?"

"Is tomorrow OK?"

" Yes, yes it is. Bye honey. "

"Bye, dad."

I hung up. This was so exciting! I haven't see Annabeth in 15 years. "Helen!" I called.

"What?

"Annabeth and a friend are going to stay for a few days!"

"That's great, now help me with Bobby and Mathew. "

The doorbell rings, "Coming!" Yelled Helen. She went to the door and opened it. "Fredrick get over here! Annabeth's here!" She called.

I ran over to the door. When I got there I saw my Annabeth standing in the door. I gave her a big hug, she stiffened and then relaxed hovering me a hug back. I pulled back and held her at arm's length away from me. When I looked her over I saw that her eyes look broken and that she had tiny scars littering her body. "Hey, dad." She said.

"Hello, Annabeth! Would you like to come inside?" I asked.

" Sure just let me introduce you to my friend." She said and reached behind her. She grabbed a hand and pulled it forward. A tall man, maybe 5'9, with jet black hair and sea green eyes stepped out from the shadows.

"Hello Mr. Chase, I'm Percy Jackson." He said and held out his hand. I grabbed it and shook his hand.

Time skip to dinner

We sat at the dinner table eating the food that Helen made us. Bobby then said, "Are you a demigod too?"

"I just so happen to be." Replied Percy

"Cool!! Who's you, Mom?" Asked Mathew.

"Sally Blofis, my dads the god if your wondering."

"Then who's your dad?"

"Poseidon." He replied.

"That's awesome! Can you like, control water?"

"Yes," he said as all of the water in our glasses lifted into the air and dropped back in.

"Awesomeeee!" said the twins. Percy just laughed.

"I guess so."

"So, Percy, have you been on any quests?" asked Helen.

"Yes," said Percy stiffly. It looked like he was fighting something.

"Percy are you OK?" I asked.

"Yes," he breathed out. Annabeth looked at him worry clearly in her eyes. He looked he way and smiled, trying to reassure her that he was ok.

"How many quests, then?"  said Helen trying to continue the conversation.

"A lot," he replied breathing heavier than before. I could tell Helen didn't notice.

"Well then, when did you meet Annabeth."

"When we were twelve."

"It's sweet that you guys are still friends."

"Yeah, it is," I said still eyeing Percy who seemed to be getting better.

"So Annabeth, how many quests have you been on?" asked Helen, she seemed interested in the topic of quests.

"Also, a lot," she replied vaguely.

"Which one was your favorite one then?"

"Oh, probably The Quest for Daedalus."

"Hm, Percy which one was your favorite?"

"The Quest for Daedalus?"

"Oh really?"

"Yes, I guess."

"Annabeth, Fredrick told me that you were in a war, how was that?" Percy then put his head in his hands and started muttering.

"Two actually, and they were terrible," she said stealing quick worried glances at Percy.

"Percy you said you met Annabeth when you were twelve, does that mean you were in the wars too?"

Percy nodded, his head still in his hands.

"Percy are you okay?" I asked.

He started nodding but Annabeth cut him off, "Perseus Achilles Jackson, you are not ok. You haven't been for a while. Don't think I haven't noticed. You will tell me whats wrong."

"Gods Annabeth, you know why. Dreams and flashbacks. Thoughts and praise."

"Praise what do you mean by praise?" asked Helen.

Annabeth glared at Helen. "Flashbacks? You still get flashbacks? Percy, why didn't you tell me?"

"You know why. We were in college, you already had so much on your plate, I couldn't add something else."

"I have my own separate plate for you Percy. After Tartarus, I couldn't help but worry." Annabeth then looked panicked. Right then Percy's head fell to the table. "Shit, shit, shit, shit," muttered Annabeth as she got up from her seat and ran to Percy. She then picked him up and ran into the living room. We all followed her. She placed him on the couch and sat near his head.

"Annabeth what's wrong? What happened?" asked Helen

"He's having a flashback."

"To what?"

"Tartarus," she said shivering.

"Tartarus? As in the greek hell?"

"Yes, dad, Percy and I fell in during the last war. Tartarus captured us and tortured him. Well, he would have tortured both of us but Percy wouldn't let him. Oh, and Percy's fatal flaw is loyalty, he also may be my fiancée."

"WHAT!! When were you guys going to tell us?"

"After dinner, anyways--" Annabeth was cut off but un ear-splitting scream. "Shit," she said and started stroking Percy's hair. She started muttering things like "Sea-weed brian were not there anymore," and "We got out, you're not really there."

After a while, Percy's screams quieted down. With a sudden jerk, he woke up. "Gods, I'm so, so, so, sorry Mr. Chase."

"No, Percy it was my fault." said Annabeth, "I mentioned the forbidden topic and caused all of this."

"No, No, No, Wisegirl you go it all wrong, I should have told you."

The rest of the night was pleasant. We got to know Percy more, we also got invited to the wedding. Annabeth and Percy sure do make a cute couple. I bet the Percabeth babies will be adorable!
