He read on. 'Parents called the police after returning to a suicide note, tracked her ride through the online account.' He smiled, he knew.

He was making breakfast when the bell chimed. He went and opened it.
"Surprise!"
"I was expecting you."
"I knew you'd read the news."

"........"
"Why?"
"Wanted to explore the possibilities, see the effect, of me dead and alive. Only you wanted to see me dead though, so here I am."
He smiled and went in. She followed.
