i'd thought, going up to the second floor of the bustling cafe would let me hide away from the one and only baek in ho; the only one who stirrs up fear in my chest whenever i see him, because of the scars that he's left in our relationship. that i treasured with all my heart.
by the time i had a mini flashback, i was already at the second floor of the cafe, silently praying that he wouldn't come up looking for me.—this was turning into a game of hide and seek.
