I didn't let it show, but our small group of friends was so much more than I needed. For years it was just me, hiding from the world. Then this group came along and suddenly I'm not alone anymore.
The feeling of being alone reminded me of being locked in the freezer, cold and scared. The bite gave me a sense of worth, confidence to not be in the shadows all alone anymore.
I loved our little group, even Stiles. You guys made me feel not so alone.
