Jeongguk almost drops his phone with the speed he used to click the mystery guy's profile that read 'kimtaehyung95'. He assumes '95 is his birth year, seeing he looks not quite older than he and Jimin is.
(He lowkey wanted to wish him a happy birthday in the comment section but he doesn't really know him so that would be kind of forward and awkward for him.)
Well damn, he thought, seeing that this 'kimtaehyung95' boy has 10k followers, while he had nearly 600 only.
He quickly clicks the follow button, seeing the user is private. As the bar changed from 'follow' to 'requested', all he can do is gulp because who was he to be so rude (in a hot way)?
Even though the picture is fairly blurry and is low quality, he is almost 101% sure Jimin's friend right there is a damn hottie. And knowing himself, he has a thing for hot boys (yes, he's openly gay, thank you) and he really hopes this one would accept his follow request.
Never in his life did he thank the gods this much that he's mutual friends with Jimin, because otherwise it'd be quite awkward that he randomly tried to follow the guy's instagram.
He shut off his phone and set it aside, trying to focus on the homeworks he was—is supposed to focus, before he saw that damn post.
But knowing himself, he really couldn't now. Now that his mind is preoccupied with the attractive stranger whom his best friends is close friends with as well.
After working on his homework with all his last drop of determination left, he texts Jimin to come back sooner in their shared dorm room in Seoul.
