It was 7:30, and your date with Rick was just around the corner. You slid on your winter coat, wrapping a scarf around your neck and shoving your hands in your pockets. You gave yourself another look in the mirror with slight wonder. Why on earth did he consider you sexy? You'd think a man who's been to every dimension would have found women much hotter than yourself, but nonetheless you never gave yourself enough credit regarding your appearance. You took your purse, and walk out the door to the wild night soon awaiting you.
You went back to your poor excuse of a job, and there you saw him. Right in the parking lot was Rick Sanchez alongside his ship. He opened his flask, taking a gulp of it before noticing you. Your heart raced, but you still made your way to him. He acted nonchalant in greeting you. "Hey, Perkz. R-ready to do some crazy shit?" He sounded buzzed. You clutched your bag, and peered at the ship. Your mind was racing of what he possibly could have had in store for you. You tilted your head. "Wait.. in there? Are we gonna fuck in there? Was that your plan?" Rick let out a small laugh, shaking his head. He took another chug from his flask. "Oh there's much more in store, baby. You'll see more crazy shit with me tonight more than you ever will in your life. Trust me." You definitely did take his word for it. Rick seemed like an educated man of science, and there was no denying he had you wrapped around his finger.
Rick escorted you to his machine, and you took a seat staring around in curiosity. Each complex switch and lever beeped and flickered various colors. You were intrigued by each and every one. Rick took notice in you, your chocolate eyes observing each one as though you were a child in a candy shop. He smiled to himself, but soon after reminded himself to not get involved in his inner feelings. The old man pulled a lever, levitating you two in the air and soon flying you guys through a portal. You stayed silent in overwhelming wonder while you noticed other ships flying through as though it was an everyday effortless thing. You pressed your face against the glass. "Holy shit." He turned to you with a confused look, then brought his attention back to the wheel. "Ah yeah... that. T-that's just the regular intergalactic traffic through this damn hole. It's a little busy tonight for some reason. It gets annoying to have to deal with, but I knew you'd probably like the scenery of it since it's not something you're used to. Enjoy yourself." He said it so carelessly. How could anybody act as though this wasn't something immaculate or extraordinary? This old man must've been through more than you realized. He sure seemed so. You took yourself from the glass and kept your gaze onto him.
You focused on his spiky hair, then worked your way down to his thick brows and careless eyes. He had them furrowed as he drove through this mess. You cleared your throat. "What is it? Am I just that good to look at? I-I knew you were looking this whole time, you know." You lightly hit him. "Oh stop! I knew you felt my eyes. It's not like I was intending on hiding it." He nodded. "I like your style, Perkz. You're an honest girl, and that's hard to find. Stay that way."
Eventually the ship had parked into the lot of what seemed to be a large bar. Aliens of different species came in and out without care, and you were more than fascinated by it. Green, blue, pink skinned creatures of all sorts. You gulped in nervousness. A hand greeted yours, rubbing the front of it. "Don't worry, babe. As long as you stick with me, I got you. I could kill every single one of them in there if I had to. I got you." You felt slightly relieved. He always seemed to have came prepared, but the feeling never truly left you. "Hey: chill out. I-it's fine. Get your panties out of a twist. That's for later."
