Chapter 3

Next morning

(Darcy pov)

"Omg", I think I am going to faint. I am standing infront of Cullen Mansion and it is just awesome. I don't have any words to explain ,he really is a billionaire. The mansion was really huge. Infront of the mansion there was a huge lawn and a swimming pool. I was overwhelmed by the beauty of this place and then I saw someone coming toward me.

"You must be Ms Darcy as I assume, I am Mrs Anna"

"Hii ,yes ,nice to meet you ."

"Enough of talking let's get to your work. Follow me"

After we reached to the kitchen Mrs Anna started explaining me my work

"Ms Darcy ,you are supposed to work when Mr Harry is not at home and you have to finish your work before he reaches home. Then there are few rules which you have to follow. First, here is the list ,you can make only those dishes which are mentioned on the list and you can put only those ingredients which are mentioned on the list. Mr Harry is very particular about his diet. Second, your work starts from the kitchen and ends in the kitchen. You are not allowed to roam around the house. Third , after you finish your work you have to arrange the kitchen in the same way as it was because Mr Harry does not like when his things are not kept in place. So these are the few things if you agree then you can sign the contract and start working."

I was little taken aback by the rules of this place. Who the hell can set all these stupid rules. I cannot even cook the dish which I want. Where the hell I am stuck. I saw Mrs Anna looking at me with her raised eyebrows waiting for my decision. But now i really need a job so I said yes.

" Yes I agree with all these rules "

" So sign this contract" said Mrs Anna

After I signed Mrs Anna left me in the kitchen wishing me good luck for  the first day of my work. I looked around the kitchen and saw the list in my hand deciding on what to prepare for today. I needed to impress my boss. I ended up deciding German suasages with some spicy sauce and chicken soup. I put on my headphones and started making the dishes. After an hour or so I finished my work and cleaned up the kitchen . Before leaving I wrote a note for my boss and put it on the kitchen counter and left.

Finally I reached home. Mrs Anna informed me earlier that a new cook has been appointed. I went to my room and freshened up. I walked into the kitchen and found sausages and soup on the kitchen counter with a small note. I opened the note which read

If you eat sausages with the sauce it will be more delicious . I have kept the sauce inside the cabinet.

After I read the note I just crushed the note and threw it on the dustbin. How can she write a note and leave it in the kitchen . I quickly dialled Mrs Anna number.

"Just say the cook whatever her name is that there is no need to come for work from tomorrow. She is fired.  Why , because she has left me a damn note ."

After I finished my call I sat on the chair to eat the dinner. Then I suddenly remembered about the sauce so I went and took out the sauce from the cabinet.

"Wow" it's really delicious . I haven't eaten such a great food in such a long time . She is definitely not a bad cook. I think I should give her a second chance.
