"We better not be late Ren" I said as we pulled up into the school's parking lot, "can you pick a spot already"
"Chantelle relax, it's literally 8:30, and if you keep on complaining imma start letting you walk" Renee replied swerving her car into THE farthest spot in the whole lot
"Renee why'd you-"
"Complain one more time Chan" Renee warned as I sighed
"Okay, okay let's just go," I said as Renee nodded
"Tat, you there" Renee called as we turned to look at a blank, zoned out the expression on Tatiana in the back seat
"Earth to Tatiana"I called out snapping my fingers in front of her face, I wondered what could possibly be on her mind that hard that could make her so out of it
"Should we call an ambulance or something?" Renee asked as we both looked at each other in slight panic
"Huh, there's no need I'm okay" Tatiana suddenly replies shaking her head, and grabbing her things
"You sure Tat, because you were really out of it" I replied concerned as she nodded her head and smiled
"I'm okay guys, just didn't get enough sleep, that's all" she replied getting out of the car and closing the car door "now we better get to class, cause our English lecture starts at 9"
We watched her walk away toward the building, her curls bouncing with each step
"Are you sure she's okay, she looked out of it" Renee asked as we continued to watch her enter the building
"I don't know, she says that she is but her actions are telling me another story....*sigh* let's keep an eye on her"I replied as I watched her walk towards us.
But then suddenly something strange happened, Tatianna stopped in her tracks and her eyes widened as she looked to her left, she then raised her hand and started to point
"YOU" she yelled as the dude that I met in our English class turned around "YOU SON OF A BITCH"
Elijah's POV
"You sure nothing happened last night man" Levi asked as I nodded
"I'm telling you the whole truth man, nothing happened with her besides she, not my type" I replied shrugging
"Whatchu mean she's not your type, you against pretty girls" Levi asked stopping our walk to the psychology lecture building
"Nah man, she pretty and everything but i like my girls melaninated you know, like dipped in chocolate melanin" i replied "i want a Kelly Rowland, Naomi Campbell, Ryan Destiny kind of girl"
"Ohhh so you into dark skin girls, alright cool" he replied nodding "but have you ever thought of exploring your horizons"
"Nah man, I like what I like" I replied shrugging, Levi and I started to walk when all of a sudden we heard a girl yell
"Ay man, why is your pen pal looking at you like that" Levi asked as we both looked towards Tatiana, who had her finger pointing at me
"YOU SON OF A BITCH" she yelled again and started running towards us
Chantelle's POV
"Woah what is she doing" Renee asked as we watched her bolt towards Elijah like she was Usain Bolt
"I don't know but we need to smack some sense into her" I replied as Renee and I started to run after her, what is going on with Tatianna
Elijah's POV
"YOU LEFT ME" Tatiana yelled in my face as i raised my hands up completely confused to the situation going down
"Bro i thought you said nothing happened between the two of yall" Levi asked as he stepped in the middle trying to back her up
"Nothing happened bro, i swear on my mama" i replied looking at Tatiana with confused eyes
"YOU LIAR, YOU GODDAMN LIAR" she yelled as she tried to step around Levi "YOU KISSED ME LAST NIGHT, OR DID YOU FORGET THAT"
"What, that never happened" i replied as two other females ran up towards her and started to push her away
"Tat, you need to stop babe leave the man alone" one girl said pulling her arm gently
"Come with us, we'll get something to eat just calm down" the second girl said, whom i recognized from my English lecture, i wanted to talk to her but i got intimidated and went to the girl next to her which happened to be Tatiana, I now regret the decision
"WATCH YOUR BACK ELIJAH, KARMA'S A BITCH" Tatiana yelled again as her friends walked her off
"What in the hell was that my dude" Levi asked, as I looked on shrugging my shoulders
"I'm just as confused as you are my dude" i replied sighing "but whatever man, lets just get to class"
"You should go to your English prof and ask to do this project by yourself"
"Nah, i mean we only have another week left and we already started it" i replied as we walked towards the building
"You sure you don't want to change partners"Levi asked again
"Yeah man, i mean nothing worse can happen after that"
Chantelle's POV
We walked Tatiana back to the front door, completely confused to this whole situation
"What was the Tat" i asked as i let go of her arm "why did you run up to him like that"
"Like you really pulled up to him like he some lowlife" Renee added as we looked at her trying to piece together her odd behavior
"He's gonna get it" she replied nodding "he's gonna get it"
