Why?

***AMIRA POV***

"Hayes.....why did you do that?" I asked completely shocked. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it. VERY much. He's Hayes Grier, every girl's dream, and just because we haven't talked about it much doesn't mean I don't know. He just kissed me so...yeah I'm surprised but happy.

***HAYES POV***

"Hayes.....why did you do that?" Amira asked looking completely appalled.

God I am such an idiot. Why did I do that to her? I've barely known her a full 24 hours and I'm already putting my lips on her! She probably thinks I'm the weirdest person ever. But wait. I'm Hayes Grier. No really? But I'm vine famous and we haven't talked about it at all yet. Does she know? Whatever, back to what I just did. I can't imagine what kind of position I just put her in.

Oh my goodness I'm screwed.

"Amira! I am so sorry I really didn't mean to. I just got caught in the moment and even in the dark you are the prettiest girl I have seen. I don't know what got into me I just couldn't help myself and-" I was cut off by Amira kissing me this time.

It was perfect. The way that our lips moved perfectly in synch. It was as if we were made for each other.

We slowly broke away from the kiss. "That was a really good way of telling me to shut up." I said once we caught our breath. "It's ok Hayes, I wasn't mad at you. I was just surprised that you would choose me to kiss when you have like a million other girls loathing over you. I'm just another ordinary girl." She said.

"Amira please don't ever say that again. You are so beautiful words can't even describe. You aren't like all of the other girls. You're different than anyone I have ever met and I like that about you. I like you." I responded. "I'm sorry for throwing this all in your face but I couldn't hold it in anymore even though it's barely been a day." I was so scared of what was gonna come out of her mouth.

"Hayes, to be honest I like you too. I obsess over you everyday hoping that you'll notice me and here I am living with you. I would love to go out with you, and from earlier we know each other a lot. But we should just spend more quality time together." She responded. I was ecstatic.

She said she wanted to go out with me! We just have to spend more time together but I will definitely do that any day to have her be mine. "I totally agree with you Amira. Thanks." I told her. "Well, I'm getting tired. Do you maybe wanna sleep in here?" she asked and I could tell she was nervous the way she but her top lip.

"Of course Mirs." I said and kissed her cheek. We snuggled and soon we both fell asleep, her head on my chest.

I will get her soon, I know it.

A/N: Hey guys! A lot happened in one night, huh? Trust me, things won't escalate so quickly throughout the rest of the book. I wrote this chapter while listening to my favorite songs by Lana del Rey.
