Jay entered the room quietly and I just sat there and ignored his presence in the room.
"I'm sorry," he said, I looked at him with confusion, why was he apologizing. "Why are you saying sorry?" "Because I got into your conversation and shouldn't have, and I took you away from your friend at the party." "You're serious?" I said with a laugh. "Yes, I feel like I make your life worse," "don't be such a downer!" I said, all of these depressing moods are killing me.
I walked to my bed and he followed behind me. "Well I guess that she thinks that you are a complete stranger who took my virginity or something!" I chuckled, "but I didn't take your virginity?" He said confused.
"She thinks you did," He plopped his head on my bed and sighed. "Well then, it must have been great then?" He said with a smirk. "Don't get your hopes up buddy boy!" I said as I hit him with a pillow.
I got a text on my phone from my friend Tao.
T: hey, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today at my place?
L: um... Sure are you picking me up?
T: yeah be there in 10 be ready.
L:I ain't getting dressed, I am fine in pajamas!
T: Lol, ok on my way.
L:Okay!
Jay was playing with my hair and said, "Who's that?" I almost forgot he was here because he was being so quiet. "Just my friend Tao, he wants to hang over at his place," "so are you going?" He asked as he placed little kisses on my neck. "Uh, yeah I don't bail on Tao, he always buys candy and pizza and we play Just Dance for a while and watch Kevin Hart all night!" I said all excited,
"Do you want me to go home then?" He said slightly upset as he pouted. "No, I can see if you can come this one time." He smiled at me and kept kissing my neck which sent shivers down my spine.
I heard the sounds of a horn and I rushed downstairs to the front door as Jay followed behind me. We both walked out and I walked towards the car and told Jay to stay by the door.
I bent over and looked into the window and asked Tao, "hey Tao! Is it ok if I have another friend of mine come along?" He looked over my shoulder and looked as if he was skeptical about it but said, "a friend of my Lola's is a friend of mine!"
I smiled and gestured for Jay to come on and I hopped in the passenger seat as Jay got in the back.
"Sup man!" Tao said as he looked into the mirror. "Sup!" He said back and he looked out the window the whole way there while me and Tao were talking the whole way there. It wasn't like him.
TAO'S POV: I kept looking in the front mirror to see this Jay guy. He looked like bad news for my Lola. She has never mentioned him before, was he her secret boyfriend? Or some old friend?
But if he was an old friend I would've known him as well because me and Lola were friends since Kindergarten.
"So how do you know Lola?" I asked getting his attention. "At a party," I looked at her with a surprised look, when was she going to parties? And why didn't she tell me about it?
"So you are going to parties know huh?" I said to Lola and she just rolled her eyes, "it was for my brother since his birthday is today." "That is right I almost forgot, how about we go get him something or at least make him a cake?!" "Cake ew! I hate cake!" She said with a weird look on her face. "Well it's not for you anyways, I will buy you ice cream or something." I said rolling my eyes at her.
"Okay!" She was so adorable and in a good mood. We decided to go out to the stores and buy stuff to make a cake and I got her some ice cream, and we went to the store and bought him a couple things. I bought him the new chain that he was looking at in the mall, Jay decided to buy him something so he bought him some joggers with a pair of Kyrie's to match. He seemed loaded, while his sister just bought him a card and a girl to give him a lap dance when we arrive at her house.
We went back to my house and blasted music while we started making the cake. We played Havana by Camila Cabello featuring Young Thug. This was Lola's favorite song that plays on the radio. She was practicing dance so she could get to go to a dance school with Rika. She can belly dance really good. She heard her song come on and she would sway to the music as she helped make the cake with Jay and I.
