The Best Friends
So I decided to start the book on how she met hayes instead of having all these flashbacks so I hope that's easier for all of us!!Sydney's POV
I woke up so happy since school is over and I get to spend the summer with Renee!
I also woke up feeling sloppy so I decided to take a nice shower.
I got out and I put on a loose Holister striped pink and blue shirt and some knee length capris.
I brushed my wavy brown hair and put on mascara.
I then hopped down the stairs to smell the delicious smell of pancakes.
"Hey mom" I said happily. "Well look who has some pep in their step?!" She said grinning while handing me my plate.
We thanked god for our food and started to eat.
"Oh well If you must know, I, AM SUPER EXCITED TO BE SPENDING MY WHOLE SUMMER WITH RENEE'" I said with pancakes filling my mouth
. "Oh about that honey, umm you can't go."
"WHAT" I screamed spitting out my oj.
"Well you see your father and I, ummm, well, we need to move."
"WHY"
"Ummm so we want to move since this house is too small for our family and in North Caroli-" "
"WERE MOVING TO NORTH CAROLINA! THAT IS LIKE 500 MILES AWAY FROM HERE LIKE MOM YOURE NOT GONNA DO THIS AND WHAT IF I DONT MAKE FRIENDS AND WHAT IF I-" "
"shhh you need to calm down. Of coarse you will make friends don't be silly. It's not the end of the world honey" she said angrily but I was too shocked to even notice.
"It is the end of the world mom I know nothing about this place and what about Renee?"
"I talked to their parents and they are completely fine about this. What I need you to do know is to start packing up. There is boxes in the hallway. We will be leaving next week!"
I didn't even make a comment but there's one thing bothering me.
"Hey mom the least you could do is tell me what school I'm going to"
"Davidson Days"
Sorry for the clif hanger but leave me a nice comment to wake up too!
