Who Is He?

Chapter 2

*Beep.....Beep.....Beep*

Amber's P.O.V.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I checked the time it was 4:00. How come no-one woke me up? Right before I got up the door swinged open. "Amber are you awake?" It was my lil cousin Jacob. How much I missed him. "Yeah, I'm awake kiddo. How you've been? I missed you." I got up and held my hands out so he would run into them like always. "Great I have a lot to tell you but mommy said to come get you." I gave him a quick kiss on the forehead and got out of bed. "Thanks kid I'll be right there."

I got my clothes and headed to the bathroom. I took a quick shower and brushed my teeth and went downstairs. As I got to the kitchen my aunt ran over to give me a hug."Oh how I missed you darling. Look at you you're taller than the last time." I really wasn't. I looked over to the man coughing behind a newspaper. "Hi uncle Joe." He put the paper down and got up from his chair. "For a second I thought you forgot about your favorite uncle." I nodded and smiled.

I looked around for Karen but she was nowhere to be seen. "She's at the mall with Josiah and his friend. They went to go get some outfits for tonight. They should be here soon." Of course I forgot tonight was the party she wanted me to go with her.

I headed to the room I was staying in and pulled out my suitcases from the closet. I was looking for something to wear for tonight as I saw the door open. God these people need to learn how to knock. In walked in Karen, Josiah, and the blue eyed boy. "Here I got you this for tonight." Karen was holding out a floral tan dress. I got to admit it was beautiful. I got up and took it from her. "Omg thanks it's so beautiful."

I saw her smile appear. The same one that appeared when we would get into trouble as kids. I missed those times alot. I got caught into the moment and began to cry. I didn't notice until she asked "You really like that dress don't you?" "No it's just that seeing your smile reminds me of when we were little." I saw as her eyes began to water a bit. "Well start getting ready because we're leaving in an hour."

I started doing my makeup. I was going to do a natural color for eyeshadow and some eyeliner on top. I applied a bit of eyeliner to the bottom and put a light pink lipstick on. I curled my hair with Karen's wand. Then I put the dress on for shoes I just wore my black combat boots.

I looked at the time it was 5:15. I got up to go get Karen. I saw her come out of her room wearing a red strapless dress. With some wedges and her hair curled. Damn I didn't know we were dressing up like hoes. "Come on the guys are waiting for us at the house already." "Wait were walking over there?" I really didn't want to be walking with her looking like that. "It's only 2 houses down Amber." Oh good I was worried for a bit.

She got her purse and keys and we headed through the door. The neighborhood was really quiet. It was so long since we lived here that I forgot how quiet it was. I was admiring the houses around that I didn't see that someone was in front of me. I literally fell to the floor with them. I got up and helped the boy up. Oh God I just made a fool out of myself in front of the boy with the blue eyes. "I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention." He smiled and cleaned his clothes off. "It's okay at least I caught your fall. By the way I'm Nash." He stook his hand out in front of mine. I shook it. "I'm Amber."He was much taller than I was so I was now looking up at him. "You look very beautiful today." I smiled as he complimented me.

I looked around for Karen but she was long gone.I soon went inside to see the house was full of people. I'm not really a party person so I wasn't quite sure what to do. After a while though I started talking to some people. I went upstairs to go to the bathroom. Once I came out this guy grabbed my arm. I turned to see who it was, but it was a guy who was drunk. I tried to get out of his grip and soon found myself up against the wall.
