chapter 1 - camping plans

I was sitting  on my  bed texting  when I heard  my sister  let out  a loud sigh . I turned  to  her and ask what's wrong  Lia
"I'm  so tired  of  being  at home doing  nothing  we need  to  get  out "she said 
" where should  we go" I  said  rolling  my eyes  at her
Aren't  you  the adventurous  one you should've  known  where we could  go she said sarcastically 
" I know  a place where we can go " my best friend  Tanya said
Where!  Lia shouted
Amelia  Nicole Barrett  ! remember  mom is sleeping
"Sorry "  she mouthed 
Shortly  after  that Tanya told  us about the plans
It's  a old cabin in the woods  right  behind  the Oakley  lake
Yay!! I squeal " it's adventure  time "  
(Every body  started to  laugh  😂)
So when do we leave  ? Amelia  asked 
How about  tomorrow ? Tanya  asked
"Yeah that's a plan" I answered 
What time  is it?  I heard  a voice said 
"Oh sleeping  beauty  is up without  a kiss every one" I  said with a small  smile Toni hunny it's 6 o'clock
Shit I have  to  go she said freaking out  like  some one just killed  her parents and she doesn't know what to do
Bye boo and we're going  camping  tomorrow  so bring  your  camping  stuffs I told  her  while  she  was  heading  out  the door
An hour  later  we were  alone for good
"Amoy  are you sure  about  tomorrow" Lia asked me 
"Yeah " why are you  asking? 
It's just that  it's  near a lake and you know  what  happened to  dad two years ago 

(Flashback to 2 years ago )

Amoy 's p.o.v.

It was a hot and sunny summer  day in July  when my parents  decided  that we should  go to the beach  for a swim  . My dad decided  to  go  first  and while he was doing  his famous cartwheel he tripped  over a rock and fell in  the  water  and drown

(Present day )

Yes I'm  sure and I'm  positive  that  nothing  is going  to  happen  so let's  get  some sleep  because  we have a big  day tomorrow
