And I came out to my friends recently and on girl who had overheard our conversation told me that I wasn't an asexual and that I was just making a vow of celibacy
I've known that I was an asexual aromatic since I was in the 2nd grade and I've hated myself for it ever since. For someone to tell me that my sexuality is incorrect really hurts.
Asexuality is not a faze
It's not gross
And It's not an illness
It's a valid and real thing that many people are
