I was January 23rd, the day before Caspian's birthday. But I didn't know that for a good portion of the day. I must've forgotten his birthday or he never told me. Probably the former. I didn't listen to anything he said for months Caspian and I have had a thing since New Years Eve and even if I liked him I was afraid that I didn't really like him. I probably just liked the attention he was giving me. I was just afraid of hurting him. I texted him

Hey maybe we shouldn't be a thing anymore.

What? 

I just don't know if I like you like that. Yes I did

No don't do this again. We've been good. 

I'm sorry I guess I'm gonna sleep goodnight I'm sorry

No don't sleep. Will you at least stay up with me until my birthday.

It was 10:30 so I didn't really have that much longer to stay up. I also felt really bad for not know it was his birthday. But after that message he didn't respond. It was now 11:15 I texted him again

Once it reached midnight I texted him once again
