Liam's P.O.V
I stopped in front of Kian's room, leaning on the wall. He was lifting weights during twelve in the afternoon.
"We have to talk." I sounded like my dad used to. Ugh.
"Sure dad. What's up?" He let go of the weights. For some reason he had an relaxed expression like he already saw what was coming.
Kian's too laid back like I used to be. It annoys me and I can tell how much it annoyed my dad now when I was a careless teenager.
"Out of everybody my Alpha had to tell me about this? - And he found out this big secret of yours before I did. And I'm the father!" I huffed in frustration.
"Well that's the first time I seen someone be excited to be announced the father."
"Trust me, I wasn't when I first found out." I mumbled to myself. His words also made me roll my eyes and bit my lower lip. "Kian- I'm serious. Scott's going to think I'm an idiot."
"I thought he already did." Kian blurt out with a chuckle.
"That's not cool." I crossed my arms as he patted my back, walking past me and downstairs.
"Kidding old man."
"Old? Who're you calling 'old." I mocked until the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it." I signed and walked down the door, opening it to see Scott.
"Aye." Scott said and gave me a quick hug walking in.
"Hey." I looked back because Scott walked straight towards where Kian's scent was coming from.
The second Kian smelled Scott's scent he stood up straight.
"Hey Kian. How're you doing?" Scott said calmly and sat down.
"Um good." He nodded.
Kian and I both were nervous and bit our bottom lip at the same time. The explosion of putting his daughters life at risk could've happened anytime.
Scott's P.O.V
I could definitely hear Kian's nervous heart beating. After the conversation I heard last night between them two, I was going to go easy on him.
And I wouldn't dare hurt Liam's son in a million years.
"You committed dangerous actions last night that put Allison's life at risk."
"Yea I know and I'm really sorry-" I cut him off.
"It's alright. Be careful." I stood up and pat his back.
"Why're you going so easy on him?" Liam asked, confused making me chuckle.
"Dad, why would you even ask that?" Kian furrrowed his brows and shook his head. He sat down on the dining table.
"Everybody makes mistakes. We were never perfect." I waved my hand between us.
"He's just another you." Scott smiled. "He's in control, Liam. We can give him a few- minor points but it's been a month and we haven't witnessed any crimes happen until last night." I made a good point. "Plus, it wasn't even a crime. No one got killed." I paused for a second and looked at Kian. "But someone could have and I'm not only talking about Allison, you have to be more careful too."
Kian nodded. "I'm sorry and I will." He opened the refrigerator and my attention went onto Liam who was awfully quiet.
Liam stayed silent for the first time in years, making me speak up. "Our werewolf lessons and sessions paid off." Scott grinned.
